Had some pretty significant structural work and water mitigation and encapsulation work done by Groundworks. While I was concerned initially by the scope and cost of the work, the experience was exactly what I’d expected and what was promised. Communication was great throughout the entire process. Blake, Jacob and Cole turned their structural work around quickly and made every effort not to disturb the surrounding landscaping despite having to do significant digging, which was greatly appreciated. On the crawlspace and encapsulation side of things Josh P, Eric D, Coby S, Ethan P and Alex G had their work cut out for them with 2 large crawl spaces, but kept me in the loop the whole 5 days of the job, and left the space looming clean and dry as hoped. I really appreciate the group, and Kyler for putting the plan together. Would definitely recommend this team and their work. While it was not cheap, you get what you pay for.

They kept a very organized work area and cleaned up way more than I expected when they were done, I highly recommend this process if you aren't ready to totally replace your driveway – It is by far less expensive

We had a full encapsulation completed and Jeremy, our Dry Pro Field Inspector, explained the process in detail and answered all of our questions. Our Project Coordinator, Michelle, and our Permit Coordinator, Chris, provided excellent customer service and kept us updated throughout the process. Our expectations were high and they did not disappoint! The installation crew, Gerber, Kyriee and Edwin were professional and very knowledgeable of their craft. There were punctual, respectful of our property, and did outstanding installation work. They continually kept us updated and on the last day of the installation they took the time to walk us through the encapsulation and all the equipment.
