He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he did an amazing job of evaluating my house and explaining the possible scenarios in a very easy to understand way. 100% recommend! In the two years we’ve owned our home, we’ve worked with several other less expensive companies to remediate water intrusion issues to no avail. After witnessing the waterproofing success that a family member achieved with Dry-Pro, we finally hired them, and only wish we had contacted them from the very beginning! Amadou, our field inspector and first point of contact, was personable and knowledgeable and spent extended time listening while we described our issues and he assessed our home. He also contacted us several times before the job started to make sure we were prepared. Johnathan, Marco, and Cesar were the gentlemen that actually did the work and despite having to demo concrete and remove drywall, they somehow managed to leave the space just as clean as it was when they started! Jonathan was also very thorough when we did the final walkthrough; he happily answered all of our questions and provided pictures of the work they did from beginning to end, making sure we understood what was done and how everything would work together. Even the Dry-Pro electrician, Nick, was fantastic to work with! He clearly explained what he was doing and provided valuable information about how it would work with various other electrical components in our older home. Everyone we worked with at Dry-pro has been easy to work with, responsive, and efficient. All have also repeatedly told us to call Dry-Pro if we have any issues or concerns, suggesting that they feel confident about guaranteeing the work they do. Their no interest financing option also made achieving a dry home possible!

What an incredible team! I had a foundation issue resulting in a developing crack. The Dry Pro crew, Blake (foreman), Jacob and Kyriee did an extraordinary job. I was anxious about the repair and the landscaping. It was necessary to dig up and replant some shrubs (I recently had the property re landscaped). When they were done everything was perfect. You couldn’t tell they had been there. Because I was anxious, I asked a lot of questions and they took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything to me in detail. A very satisfied customer!
