I cannot express the gratitude I have for this company! Home repairs are nerve wrecking alone (financially and hoping the job is done efficiently).After meeting with Bill and his trusting evaluation and Trevor Mcswain,Andrew Phillips, Andrew pellicano, Carlos and sam my mind was at ease. We had some foundation/settling issues that needed to be addressed. The crew listened to everything I had concerns about. They were extremely professional,polite,prompt and exceeded our expectations! Our floor had settled in the kitchen enough that there was a small gap where the counter top was pulling away from the wall. After their precise adjustments it was back in place. We eventually will have a full encapsulation and they will hands down be requested. We couldn't be happier!

This review is for Jesse Thrash out of the Charlotte Dry-Pro location. He was so informative and helpful with all aspects of the situation at our home. He spent 2 1/2 hours with us, inspecting our home and telling us about some things we didn't know about our home and things we had to put some attention towards immediately. Today I had a Dry Pro tech come out to service my dehumidifier. Paul Neely arrived on time and we sat down and went over my profile. He talked with me and made sure I was comfortable before he went to work. This made me feel very good. Paul was great, he asked me how I felt about things. That made me feel like I was important to Dry Pro and not just another number. After his inspection and service of the unit, we sat down again and he explained everything on what he found. Paul made me feel like Dry Pro cared about us, so much so that I took his recommendation to install a drainage system ‘the only thing we never installed’ to keep us safe from possible water buildup. Dry Pro you have a very good technician in Paul. Kudos to him and if we can we will always request him for our annual maintenance. Keep up the great work Paul!
