We had some work done in our crawlspace to correct an ongoing water situation. Jonathan and Marco showed up on time and did a great job. I was worried about some of our landscaping but when they were finished it looked like they had never been in digging – on a rainy morning, not a bit of mud remained. I highly recommend them.

Every step of the way was explained and my every question answered which helped me understand exactly the why and how of each step they took to stop my home from sinking. When I called DryPro.I had a slaging floor,a closet foot that I could not close. Various cracks over other doors, doors,I could not lock. A huge Crack in my living room.Second big problem included,mold, moisture in my crawl space.The structural exam included, Justin T.,William N.,Travis M., and Terrell W.At the end of their adjustments, I could close all my doors as well as lock the other doors. The big Crack in my living room was barely visible.Great clean up too.My waterproofing staff included, Illian K,, Watts B.and Robery B.This staff removed mold and water – proofing of crawl space. Nice and organized. Again, clean up excellent.I would highly recommend this company.

The process from start to finish could not have been any smoother. First, we had Lou inspect our crawlspace and documented all the troubled spots that the prior owner did not take care of. Everything he went over was very detailed and easy to understand. Within two weeks, we had the awesome crew of Seth, Andrew, and Tony out every day Monday – Thursday, starting on time at 9am until they finished the big task of overhauling our crawlspace. Now we don’t have to worry about water coming in, creating moisture, and mold (a nightmare). I trust Dry-Pro 100%. They have the most knowledgeable and passionate people on their team. Had our crawlspace encapsulated, Ken R came out a couple weeks ago and looked everything over, talked to us with detailed solutions. He kept in touch with us to get everything coordinated. When Ethan V and Marco R arrived to work, that is exactly what they did, they worked extremely hard for 4 days to fully clean and encapsulate our crawlspace as well as change out a few floor joists and girder. They were professional and kept me informed with updates for the entire process. Enjoyed having them around and highly recommend them coming out to your project. The crawlspace looks amazing! And the moldy/musty smell is completely gone! We can tell a huge difference in the floor where the joists were changed too. Patrick came out today and installed our crawlspace door, he was quick and professional and it looks great! Also, Shout out to Nick that did the electrical piece, very clean job and quick turnaround. Overall I highly recommend DryPro, I heard about them on a radio commercial from Mike Rowe. Thanks again everyone in the process!

From the start, they were very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly before beginning the work on my crawlspace. The entire process moved quickly and efficiently and was completed in a little over two days. Throughout the project, the team kept me informed about what they were seeing and doing. One of the technicians in particular was very helpful and took the time to point out things he noticed along the way and explain my service plan in detail, which I really appreciated. After reaching out for a quote, a representative immediately replied with scheduling options for an in-depth assessment by a structural engineer (Jesse Thrash), who was able to arrange a prompt evaluation. Jesse's knowledge, experience, and professionalism far exceeded our expectations, and he was able to formulate several options to fit our financial capabilities. Throughout the rest of the process Jesse provided superlative customer support, assistance, communication, and availability to discuss and troubleshoot the various minor issues that accompany large projects.
