I am so thankful for Daniel Soto, Marco Ramirez, and Grace Holderby for their awesome service in installing my waterproofing and moisture system. They were very professional and hard workers. I did find fault in the company when I had a problem with the de-humidifier leaking water. I called at 11 am and it was after 5pm when someone came. He worked very hard here to fix it until 7pm. I felt this should have been handled in a more timely manner. Also when I called the office two days after installation, I left a voice mail and no one ever called me back. I am a little concerned now.

Had our crawlspace encapsulated, Ken R came out a couple weeks ago and looked everything over, talked to us with detailed solutions. He kept in touch with us to get everything coordinated. When Ethan V and Marco R arrived to work, that is exactly what they did, they worked extremely hard for 4 days to fully clean and encapsulate our crawlspace as well as change out a few floor joists and girder. They were professional and kept me informed with updates for the entire process. Enjoyed having them around and highly recommend them coming out to your project. The crawlspace looks amazing! And the moldy/musty smell is completely gone! We can tell a huge difference in the floor where the joists were changed too. Patrick came out today and installed our crawlspace door, he was quick and professional and it looks great! Also, Shout out to Nick that did the electrical piece, very clean job and quick turnaround. Overall I highly recommend DryPro, I heard about them on a radio commercial from Mike Rowe. Thanks again everyone in the process!

After that, the crew of Marco N., Alejandro S., and Cesar B., worked hard and got the job done professionally and politely. No more worries about my crawlspace. Dry pro foundation repair company redefines customer service. So I had a house built by a very shoddy CONtractor in 2002. The 30-ft front porch had settled three and a half inches over the last 22 years. The dry pro team came in and was very leery and concerned about being able to fix the porch because of the shoddy work. But they were willing to try. So I put $1,300 down payment and the boys went to work. Unfortunately they were only able to raise the porch up one and a half inches. So without me even asking they gave me all of my $1,300 down payment back. And they spent over an hour working on the porch. This company is the most professional and ethical company I have ever dealt with. 10 stars across the board.

Was able to get an appointment for yearly inspection without and trouble. Brian came on time…presented me with one of his cards…was friendly and knowledgeable. Needed a sensor, later brought one and installed it, along with giving a new monitor for inside the house. Very satisfied with this company and their employees. Would definitely recommend them.
