The Dry Pro team of Jesse, Corey, Josiah, Vance and Lawrence was amazing! I needed to have my crawl space waterproofed and this is the perfect company to have chosen after receiving quotes from others. I heard of Dry Pro while driving to work on WBT and once I read all of their fantastic reviews I called to schedule an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was able to get one. Jesse came out to inspect my crawl space and my father could not believe how much time he spent taking measurements and explaining the process to him. This was all before I even hired Dry Pro to do the job. Once I decided to hire Dry Pro, I had an appointment within a few days. The day of my appointment Corey communicated with me in reference to their arrival time and I also received communication via text. The team did an excellent job even with my 85 year old father “supervising” them!!!! lol!!! They waited for me to arrive home so that they could show me the completed project and they answered all of my questions. They were all extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional! I would highly recommend Dry Pro!

One of the very best customer/quote/sales experiences I’ve ever had… and I develop hotels for a living! Jesse Thrash was incredibly communicative from the very first appointment setting. He reached out to confirm time and also let me know if he would be late, he’d communicate that on the off chance his earlier appointment went over. Instead he called me and said he could come early. He took all the time necessary to review the situation, listened to my concerns and inspected around the house, inside and out. I mentioned I’d be interested to see the problem first hand which was in the crawl space so he provided all the PPE, gave me a torch and literally crawled through the space explaining his findings. One of those people that is clearly a master of his craft and takes pleasure in helping solve problems. As a bonus he even used his equipment to help locate 2 leaks that could have done immense damage if not resolved. Really I’m beyond impressed and encouraged that such professionals are still out there. He really instilled confidence that DryPro and his team were the right company for the job. Thanks Jesse!!

My garage floor was buckled up in places because the fill dirt below had eroded. Dry Pro's representative Aldon Frostad went over the complete project in detail with me, outlining the plan and explaining the process. He saved me thousands of dollars by offering a solution that did not entail building a new retaining wall. The technicians Spencer and Ethan were very knowledgeable about their work and very thorough. They did a fantastic job, and my garage floor is now level with cracks patched neatly. They are both very efficient, capable, and personable young men One special thing was that if it hadn't been for Spencer's quick response, I might have been killed or critically injured because of my own negligence. I was standing directly under a huge rollaway door that I had not secured properly. It unrolled, crashing down right above me. Spencer instantly reached up and stopped the door only inches from the top of my head. Thanks to his alertness and quickness, I was unscathed!

Had a solid sixth year Dry Pro Foundation check-up appointment with Kyler Sparks, who provided both high quality systems review work for our crawlspace system, as well as identifying additional water damage to our property. He was thoughtful, patient and provided extended review of both maintenance performed and damage identified. He worked to mark and correct levelling as well. Had our crawlspace encapsulated, Ken R came out a couple weeks ago and looked everything over, talked to us with detailed solutions. He kept in touch with us to get everything coordinated. When Ethan V and Marco R arrived to work, that is exactly what they did, they worked extremely hard for 4 days to fully clean and encapsulate our crawlspace as well as change out a few floor joists and girder. They were professional and kept me informed with updates for the entire process. Enjoyed having them around and highly recommend them coming out to your project. The crawlspace looks amazing! And the moldy/musty smell is completely gone! We can tell a huge difference in the floor where the joists were changed too. Patrick came out today and installed our crawlspace door, he was quick and professional and it looks great! Also, Shout out to Nick that did the electrical piece, very clean job and quick turnaround. Overall I highly recommend DryPro, I heard about them on a radio commercial from Mike Rowe. Thanks again everyone in the process!

Had some pretty significant structural work and water mitigation and encapsulation work done by Groundworks. While I was concerned initially by the scope and cost of the work, the experience was exactly what I’d expected and what was promised. Communication was great throughout the entire process. Blake, Jacob and Cole turned their structural work around quickly and made every effort not to disturb the surrounding landscaping despite having to do significant digging, which was greatly appreciated. On the crawlspace and encapsulation side of things Josh P, Eric D, Coby S, Ethan P and Alex G had their work cut out for them with 2 large crawl spaces, but kept me in the loop the whole 5 days of the job, and left the space looming clean and dry as hoped. I really appreciate the group, and Kyler for putting the plan together. Would definitely recommend this team and their work. While it was not cheap, you get what you pay for.

What an incredible team! I had a foundation issue resulting in a developing crack. The Dry Pro crew, Blake (foreman), Jacob and Kyriee did an extraordinary job. I was anxious about the repair and the landscaping. It was necessary to dig up and replant some shrubs (I recently had the property re landscaped). When they were done everything was perfect. You couldn’t tell they had been there. Because I was anxious, I asked a lot of questions and they took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything to me in detail. A very satisfied customer!
