Our crawl space was causing major heat and humidity issues for our home. From the very beginning with Chase spending so much time figuring out what the issue was, to the scheduling and our crew showing up the first day, the communication was incredible. They were scheduled for 5 days and were able to complete it in 3.5 days. The crew was amazing and talked with us every step of the way. Wes was even able to identify a few areas that needed attention (plumbing and hvac exhaust pipe leak) that we were never aware of. Russell Chilcote did a great inspection and let me know what was needed for mold remediation in our crawlspace. Juan R., Alejandro S. and Ce'sar B. did a fantastic job removing all of the old crawlspace insulation, putting in the new insulation and cleaning and removing the old mold on the wood beams. They caulked all of the seams and added insulation to fully fill in the entire space. Highly recommended.

My foundation problem in my basement wall was diagnosed and a detailed plan for remediation was presented to me by Jordan. The proposed work involved implementing a carbon fiber wall reinforcement system to provide additional wall support. The work was accomplished by Cam and Marco N on the date proposed which was December 31, 2024. Because of the location of the problem, my water heater had to be disconnected before the work could be undertaken. I engaged a plumber to coordinate the disconnect and reconnect of the water heater with the Dry-Pro workers. The guys arrived on time and worked continuously to install the carbon fiber system. They explained everything about their work to me and could not have been more competent and professional. They were very diligent in cleaning up after the work was completed. I am very glad I engaged Dry-Pro to resolve this significant problem for me. I highly recommend this company. J. Patrick Cline

Had some pretty significant structural work and water mitigation and encapsulation work done by Groundworks. While I was concerned initially by the scope and cost of the work, the experience was exactly what I’d expected and what was promised. Communication was great throughout the entire process. Blake, Jacob and Cole turned their structural work around quickly and made every effort not to disturb the surrounding landscaping despite having to do significant digging, which was greatly appreciated. On the crawlspace and encapsulation side of things Josh P, Eric D, Coby S, Ethan P and Alex G had their work cut out for them with 2 large crawl spaces, but kept me in the loop the whole 5 days of the job, and left the space looming clean and dry as hoped. I really appreciate the group, and Kyler for putting the plan together. Would definitely recommend this team and their work. While it was not cheap, you get what you pay for.

Guys (Spencer & Ethan) were on time and explained what they were going to do. When the job was complete, they let me know when I could safely drive on it and answered more questions. They kept a very organized work area and cleaned up way more than I expected when they were done, I highly recommend this process if you aren't ready to totally replace your driveway – It is by far less expensive
