Had some pretty significant structural work and water mitigation and encapsulation work done by Groundworks. While I was concerned initially by the scope and cost of the work, the experience was exactly what I’d expected and what was promised. Communication was great throughout the entire process. Blake, Jacob and Cole turned their structural work around quickly and made every effort not to disturb the surrounding landscaping despite having to do significant digging, which was greatly appreciated. On the crawlspace and encapsulation side of things Josh P, Eric D, Coby S, Ethan P and Alex G had their work cut out for them with 2 large crawl spaces, but kept me in the loop the whole 5 days of the job, and left the space looming clean and dry as hoped. I really appreciate the group, and Kyler for putting the plan together. Would definitely recommend this team and their work. While it was not cheap, you get what you pay for.

Dry Pro's service has been excellent. We were kept well informed of when the work would be completed, and everything went as promised. Spencer and Ethan were on time, professional and knowledgeable. They quickly completed the job (lifting a section of our sidewalk) and left the job site looking better than when they arrived. Would absolutely use Dry Pro again.

My foundation problem in my basement wall was diagnosed and a detailed plan for remediation was presented to me by Jordan. The proposed work involved implementing a carbon fiber wall reinforcement system to provide additional wall support. The work was accomplished by Cam and Marco N on the date proposed which was December 31, 2024. Because of the location of the problem, my water heater had to be disconnected before the work could be undertaken. I engaged a plumber to coordinate the disconnect and reconnect of the water heater with the Dry-Pro workers. The guys arrived on time and worked continuously to install the carbon fiber system. They explained everything about their work to me and could not have been more competent and professional. They were very diligent in cleaning up after the work was completed. I am very glad I engaged Dry-Pro to resolve this significant problem for me. I highly recommend this company. J. Patrick Cline

I had a fantastic experience with DryPro Systems, Inc. I had some concerns about possible moisture issues under my home as I live on a downward grade and considering home much rainfall we receive in the Carolinas. I contacted Drypro and they sent Chris Dugan the project manager to my home for a free estimate. He took photos and explained everything to me that was going on under my home and gave me his recommendations. Eric, Jose, and Michael were the technicians who handled the job, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail. From start to finish, they were courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They completely encapsulated my crawlspace and installed a sump pump and french drain as well as an auto dehumidifier. The quality of their work was top-notch, and they left the area clean and looking great. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it really shows. Highly recommend this team and company to anyone in need of waterproofing or foundation work. Thanks again, Chris, Eric, Jose, and Michael!
