Dry Pro technicians Will, Charles, and Marco are an all-star team! I chose Dry Pro to do my encapsulation, based on recommendations from some trusted contacts, but I was not sure if they would live up to the hype. Well, they did! The foreman (Will) was first class with his communication and explained everything. There were no surprises, except how much they got done and how fast with 3 people. I am fully satisfied with their work.

Start to finish, we had an excellent experience with Dry Pro. Paul was prompt and courteous. He diagnosed the problem with our damp crawl space and prescribed a solution that included a drain and 2 sump pumps. Will and his team did fantastic work, even in the middle of a cold snap. They were professional and polite. Even left our garage cleaner than they found it! Can't say enough and will recommend to others!

Guys (Spencer & Ethan) were on time and explained what they were going to do. When the job was complete, they let me know when I could safely drive on it and answered more questions. They kept a very organized work area and cleaned up way more than I expected when they were done, I highly recommend this process if you aren't ready to totally replace your driveway – It is by far less expensive
