Chad came to my home for an inspection of my foundation and I ended up having the concrete lifted in my driveway. The planning and process was so easy and it was so quick. Ethan was out to my house within two weeks to perform the service and took care of it in an afternoon. The service, product, and delivery is exceptional. I would recommend to anyone who wants to avoid a costly and lengthy driveway replacement.

Being a Dry Pro customer already, I reached out and contracted to have 16 pilings in the rear portion of my house reinforced with helical piers (ELIMINATES any future settling). Special recognition for Blake, Jacob, and Tyler for their professionalism, technical proficiency, and for ALWAYS taking the time to answer any questions and keep me in the loop with the process steps. My strongest recommendation for Dry Pro if you have foundation issues. My strongest hope that you may get these three Dry Pro stars to address your job.

Without making us feel pressured, they were informative and extremely polite. And while doing the work, they hung up our ductwork that was on the ground. I am so thankful for Daniel Soto, Marco Ramirez, and Grace Holderby for their awesome service in installing my waterproofing and moisture system. They were very professional and hard workers. I did find fault in the company when I had a problem with the de-humidifier leaking water. I called at 11 am and it was after 5pm when someone came. He worked very hard here to fix it until 7pm. I felt this should have been handled in a more timely manner. Also when I called the office two days after installation, I left a voice mail and no one ever called me back. I am a little concerned now.

Wess Woodin went above and beyond during the initial inspection, not only taking the time to show / explain to me what he was finding but also explaining the best options based on my situation; Phillip and he crew performed phenomenal work while take the time to show/explain any new finds to me and ensuring they took the upmost care of my belongings; and Seth, Andrew, and Tony not only followed suite but made the final product look so nice (not to mention functional) that my crawl space is just fantastic (you'd think you could live down there). My foundation problem in my basement wall was diagnosed and a detailed plan for remediation was presented to me by Jordan. The proposed work involved implementing a carbon fiber wall reinforcement system to provide additional wall support. The work was accomplished by Cam and Marco N on the date proposed which was December 31, 2024. Because of the location of the problem, my water heater had to be disconnected before the work could be undertaken. I engaged a plumber to coordinate the disconnect and reconnect of the water heater with the Dry-Pro workers. The guys arrived on time and worked continuously to install the carbon fiber system. They explained everything about their work to me and could not have been more competent and professional. They were very diligent in cleaning up after the work was completed. I am very glad I engaged Dry-Pro to resolve this significant problem for me. I highly recommend this company. J. Patrick Cline

I had mold issues due to moisture in my crawlspace and I called DryPro and spoke with Darrell and he came out and inspected the crawlspace and he was very informative on what he found and showed us pictures. So we needed to get it fixed before it got worse and so a lady in their office named Cassidy helped get things set up and Jonathan, Marco and Daniel came out and took care of the mold and encapsulation. They did excellent work plus I worked the night before and they were so respectful and quiet. This company is a 5 star to me. It was done in a day and a half. Very quick and professional. Thank you all for everything you did.

100% recommend! In the two years we’ve owned our home, we’ve worked with several other less expensive companies to remediate water intrusion issues to no avail. After witnessing the waterproofing success that a family member achieved with Dry-Pro, we finally hired them, and only wish we had contacted them from the very beginning! Amadou, our field inspector and first point of contact, was personable and knowledgeable and spent extended time listening while we described our issues and he assessed our home. He also contacted us several times before the job started to make sure we were prepared. Johnathan, Marco, and Cesar were the gentlemen that actually did the work and despite having to demo concrete and remove drywall, they somehow managed to leave the space just as clean as it was when they started! Jonathan was also very thorough when we did the final walkthrough; he happily answered all of our questions and provided pictures of the work they did from beginning to end, making sure we understood what was done and how everything would work together. Even the Dry-Pro electrician, Nick, was fantastic to work with! He clearly explained what he was doing and provided valuable information about how it would work with various other electrical components in our older home. Everyone we worked with at Dry-pro has been easy to work with, responsive, and efficient. All have also repeatedly told us to call Dry-Pro if we have any issues or concerns, suggesting that they feel confident about guaranteeing the work they do. Their no interest financing option also made achieving a dry home possible!

I cannot express the gratitude I have for this company! Home repairs are nerve wrecking alone (financially and hoping the job is done efficiently).After meeting with Bill and his trusting evaluation and Trevor Mcswain,Andrew Phillips, Andrew pellicano, Carlos and sam my mind was at ease. We had some foundation/settling issues that needed to be addressed. The crew listened to everything I had concerns about. They were extremely professional,polite,prompt and exceeded our expectations! Our floor had settled in the kitchen enough that there was a small gap where the counter top was pulling away from the wall. After their precise adjustments it was back in place. We eventually will have a full encapsulation and they will hands down be requested. We couldn't be happier!

I had some concerns about possible moisture issues under my home as I live on a downward grade and considering home much rainfall we receive in the Carolinas. I contacted Drypro and they sent Chris Dugan the project manager to my home for a free estimate. He took photos and explained everything to me that was going on under my home and gave me his recommendations. Eric, Jose, and Michael were the technicians who handled the job, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail. From start to finish, they were courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They completely encapsulated my crawlspace and installed a sump pump and french drain as well as an auto dehumidifier. The quality of their work was top-notch, and they left the area clean and looking great. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it really shows. I was completely impressed by the Dry Pro process from the initial contact to the finished product. Chase, my Dry Pro rep explained the process in detail and set my expectations. The installation crew, Randall, Casey H and Andrew P exceeded all Customer Services criteria. They were punctual, respectful of the property, and did amazing installation work. They continually updated me on the project status. On the last day they took the time to walk me through the encapsulation and all the equipment. I will highly recommend Dry Pro for crawl space and foundation work.

I have used Dry Pro several times and have always been pleased. I recently called them out because of water accumulation in my crawl space. The salesman came out within 48 hours of my call and the work was scheduled shortly theraafter. When Michael S. and Andrew G. arrived to do the work, they determined that the proposed plan would not rectify the problem. They were VERY thorough, honest and competent. Given their recommendations, the project was put on hold. Subsequently, I spoke with Dewey (a supervisor) and he agreed with Michael S. and Andrew G. The work was completed this past Friday. I requested to have Michael S. and Andrew G. perform the work as I had 100% faith and trust in them given the prior interaction. I was not disappointed. They are amazing craftsman, very professional and the work was perfect. It is what I had come to expect with Dry Pro. They definitely rebuilt my faith in the company. Michael S., Andrew G. and Dewey are 5 star guys!

What an incredible team! I had a foundation issue resulting in a developing crack. The Dry Pro crew, Blake (foreman), Jacob and Kyriee did an extraordinary job. I was anxious about the repair and the landscaping. It was necessary to dig up and replant some shrubs (I recently had the property re landscaped). When they were done everything was perfect. You couldn’t tell they had been there. Because I was anxious, I asked a lot of questions and they took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything to me in detail. A very satisfied customer!
