This is the second time Dry-Pro has done work on my home and once again I am pleased with the work and the teams that performed the work. Blake, Jacob and Cole installed piers and kept me informed the entire time. Once complete, the replanted my rose bush and put everything back the way they found it. Matthew, Marco, Charles and Joel then came in and installed a sister joist to complete the job. These guys also kept me informed on the work they were doing and put everything back the way they found it. I recommend Dry-Pro to anyone needed foundation repair.

We utilized Dry Pro foundational services following several instances of basement flooding due to hydrostatic pressure/concrete crack seepage, and we could not have been more impressed with every aspect of their repair and prevention process. After reaching out for a quote, a representative immediately replied with scheduling options for an in-depth assessment by a structural engineer (Jesse Thrash), who was able to arrange a prompt evaluation. Jesse's knowledge, experience, and professionalism far exceeded our expectations, and he was able to formulate several options to fit our financial capabilities. Throughout the rest of the process Jesse provided superlative customer support, assistance, communication, and availability to discuss and troubleshoot the various minor issues that accompany large projects. Following the structural repairs, Jesse provided several professional references to assist with drywall repairs etc. (special thanks to Victor Guillen and his entire crew at Guillen Drywall & More)! What a great experience and installation this week by Oscar P, Antonio A and Seth G. They called me prior to arrival. They were on time or even early over the 3 days. They were kind and polite, professional and communicated in much detail. They finished the project sooner than we expected and our crawl space is immaculate. Our home's internal temperature is now consistent when we turn on air conditioning and we have not had any small friends, ie. bugs in our home since and these were my biggest issues prior to doing this with just a vapor barrier. From beginning to end with our sales person, Sean, to the installation, we have had a great experience. Thank you so much for the easiest home project we have done in 20 years.

The process from start to finish could not have been any smoother. First, we had Lou inspect our crawlspace and documented all the troubled spots that the prior owner did not take care of. Everything he went over was very detailed and easy to understand. Within two weeks, we had the awesome crew of Seth, Andrew, and Tony out every day Monday – Thursday, starting on time at 9am until they finished the big task of overhauling our crawlspace. Now we don’t have to worry about water coming in, creating moisture, and mold (a nightmare). I trust Dry-Pro 100%. They have the most knowledgeable and passionate people on their team. 100% recommend! In the two years we’ve owned our home, we’ve worked with several other less expensive companies to remediate water intrusion issues to no avail. After witnessing the waterproofing success that a family member achieved with Dry-Pro, we finally hired them, and only wish we had contacted them from the very beginning! Amadou, our field inspector and first point of contact, was personable and knowledgeable and spent extended time listening while we described our issues and he assessed our home. He also contacted us several times before the job started to make sure we were prepared. Johnathan, Marco, and Cesar were the gentlemen that actually did the work and despite having to demo concrete and remove drywall, they somehow managed to leave the space just as clean as it was when they started! Jonathan was also very thorough when we did the final walkthrough; he happily answered all of our questions and provided pictures of the work they did from beginning to end, making sure we understood what was done and how everything would work together. Even the Dry-Pro electrician, Nick, was fantastic to work with! He clearly explained what he was doing and provided valuable information about how it would work with various other electrical components in our older home. Everyone we worked with at Dry-pro has been easy to work with, responsive, and efficient. All have also repeatedly told us to call Dry-Pro if we have any issues or concerns, suggesting that they feel confident about guaranteeing the work they do. Their no interest financing option also made achieving a dry home possible!

One of the very best customer/quote/sales experiences I’ve ever had… and I develop hotels for a living! Jesse Thrash was incredibly communicative from the very first appointment setting. He reached out to confirm time and also let me know if he would be late, he’d communicate that on the off chance his earlier appointment went over. Instead he called me and said he could come early. He took all the time necessary to review the situation, listened to my concerns and inspected around the house, inside and out. I mentioned I’d be interested to see the problem first hand which was in the crawl space so he provided all the PPE, gave me a torch and literally crawled through the space explaining his findings. One of those people that is clearly a master of his craft and takes pleasure in helping solve problems. As a bonus he even used his equipment to help locate 2 leaks that could have done immense damage if not resolved. Really I’m beyond impressed and encouraged that such professionals are still out there. He really instilled confidence that DryPro and his team were the right company for the job. Thanks Jesse!!

Today I had a Dry Pro tech come out to service my dehumidifier. Paul Neely arrived on time and we sat down and went over my profile. He talked with me and made sure I was comfortable before he went to work. This made me feel very good. Paul was great, he asked me how I felt about things. That made me feel like I was important to Dry Pro and not just another number. After his inspection and service of the unit, we sat down again and he explained everything on what he found. Paul made me feel like Dry Pro cared about us, so much so that I took his recommendation to install a drainage system ‘the only thing we never installed’ to keep us safe from possible water buildup. Dry Pro you have a very good technician in Paul. Kudos to him and if we can we will always request him for our annual maintenance. Keep up the great work Paul!

We had some work done in our crawlspace to correct an ongoing water situation. Jonathan and Marco showed up on time and did a great job. I was worried about some of our landscaping but when they were finished it looked like they had never been in digging – on a rainy morning, not a bit of mud remained. I highly recommend them.

Had our crawlspace encapsulated, Ken R came out a couple weeks ago and looked everything over, talked to us with detailed solutions. He kept in touch with us to get everything coordinated. When Ethan V and Marco R arrived to work, that is exactly what they did, they worked extremely hard for 4 days to fully clean and encapsulate our crawlspace as well as change out a few floor joists and girder. They were professional and kept me informed with updates for the entire process. Enjoyed having them around and highly recommend them coming out to your project. The crawlspace looks amazing! And the moldy/musty smell is completely gone! We can tell a huge difference in the floor where the joists were changed too. Patrick came out today and installed our crawlspace door, he was quick and professional and it looks great! Also, Shout out to Nick that did the electrical piece, very clean job and quick turnaround. Overall I highly recommend DryPro, I heard about them on a radio commercial from Mike Rowe. Thanks again everyone in the process!

We had excess moisture issues in our crawlspace. Our experience with Dry Pro was outstanding from start to finish. Brook Hobgood, the Certified Field Inspector, was very thorough in his presentation. Pricing was up-front, financing was easy, and there were no surprises. We knew exactly what they were doing when they showed up on each particular day. Hayden, the technician, gave us a heads-up with the exact arrival time for each installation day. The crews were polite and friendly, answering any questions we had. They were also very efficient with their time and completed everything exactly when they said they would. They made sure we knew our satisfaction was their top priority. We were confident going into the installation and we remain confident that if there are ever any issues that Dry Pro will stand behind their work. I am so thankful for Daniel Soto, Marco Ramirez, and Grace Holderby for their awesome service in installing my waterproofing and moisture system. They were very professional and hard workers. I did find fault in the company when I had a problem with the de-humidifier leaking water. I called at 11 am and it was after 5pm when someone came. He worked very hard here to fix it until 7pm. I felt this should have been handled in a more timely manner. Also when I called the office two days after installation, I left a voice mail and no one ever called me back. I am a little concerned now.
