Trevor did a good walkthrough and tweaked a few things under the house to make sure I was completely satisfied. We utilized Dry Pro foundational services following several instances of basement flooding due to hydrostatic pressure/concrete crack seepage, and we could not have been more impressed with every aspect of their repair and prevention process. After reaching out for a quote, a representative immediately replied with scheduling options for an in-depth assessment by a structural engineer (Jesse Thrash), who was able to arrange a prompt evaluation. Jesse's knowledge, experience, and professionalism far exceeded our expectations, and he was able to formulate several options to fit our financial capabilities. Throughout the rest of the process Jesse provided superlative customer support, assistance, communication, and availability to discuss and troubleshoot the various minor issues that accompany large projects. Following the structural repairs, Jesse provided several professional references to assist with drywall repairs etc. (special thanks to Victor Guillen and his entire crew at Guillen Drywall & More)! We had excess moisture issues in our crawlspace. Our experience with Dry Pro was outstanding from start to finish. Brook Hobgood, the Certified Field Inspector, was very thorough in his presentation. Pricing was up-front, financing was easy, and there were no surprises. We knew exactly what they were doing when they showed up on each particular day. Hayden, the technician, gave us a heads-up with the exact arrival time for each installation day. The crews were polite and friendly, answering any questions we had. They were also very efficient with their time and completed everything exactly when they said they would. They made sure we knew our satisfaction was their top priority. We were confident going into the installation and we remain confident that if there are ever any issues that Dry Pro will stand behind their work. An excellent experience starting with Cody. He was thorough in his inspection, provided a ton of pictures to go along with his findings, and offered options suitable for my budget. He went above and beyond, to explain that the products were safe for children. The team, Oscar P, Paulino L., and Bryant V., were amazing. It was the coldest week of the year, and the last couple of days it rained. But they did not let it deter them and completed the work on time. The end result looks great. After they were finished, they took the time to walk me through everything they had done, showed me the pictures they took throughout the process, and asked if I had any questions now or later to reach out to them. I received a phone call every morning of what they were setting out to accomplish, and every evening of what they actually accomplished. You will not be disappointed with Dry-Pro. I highly recommend.

After that, the crew of Marco N., Alejandro S., and Cesar B., worked hard and got the job done professionally and politely. No more worries about my crawlspace.
