Blake and Jacob completed helical pier intallation at my home. They were on-time and completed the work in just one day, despite adding two additional piers. They were consummate professionals throughout the project, demonstrating strong expertise in their field. Had some pretty significant structural work and water mitigation and encapsulation work done by Groundworks. While I was concerned initially by the scope and cost of the work, the experience was exactly what I’d expected and what was promised. Communication was great throughout the entire process. Blake, Jacob and Cole turned their structural work around quickly and made every effort not to disturb the surrounding landscaping despite having to do significant digging, which was greatly appreciated. On the crawlspace and encapsulation side of things Josh P, Eric D, Coby S, Ethan P and Alex G had their work cut out for them with 2 large crawl spaces, but kept me in the loop the whole 5 days of the job, and left the space looming clean and dry as hoped. I really appreciate the group, and Kyler for putting the plan together. Would definitely recommend this team and their work. While it was not cheap, you get what you pay for.

Personally had a great experience with Dry Pro. Reggie was our initial point of contact and clearly explained the process, what it all entails, and worked with us on a financial plan to fit my budget. During the install there was Eric, Jose, Cole, and Ethan who were doing the work and they were great. Not only was the work quick, but it looks great and was clearly explained at the beginning and end of the process. Lastly, they were all respectful of my home and pets through the whole process which was huge for me.

This is the second time Dry-Pro has done work on my home and once again I am pleased with the work and the teams that performed the work. Blake, Jacob and Cole installed piers and kept me informed the entire time. Once complete, the replanted my rose bush and put everything back the way they found it. Matthew, Marco, Charles and Joel then came in and installed a sister joist to complete the job. These guys also kept me informed on the work they were doing and put everything back the way they found it. I recommend Dry-Pro to anyone needed foundation repair.

The process from start to finish could not have been any smoother. First, we had Lou inspect our crawlspace and documented all the troubled spots that the prior owner did not take care of. Everything he went over was very detailed and easy to understand. Within two weeks, we had the awesome crew of Seth, Andrew, and Tony out every day Monday – Thursday, starting on time at 9am until they finished the big task of overhauling our crawlspace. Now we don’t have to worry about water coming in, creating moisture, and mold (a nightmare). I trust Dry-Pro 100%. They have the most knowledgeable and passionate people on their team.
