Russell Chilcote did a great inspection and let me know what was needed for mold remediation in our crawlspace. Juan R., Alejandro S. and Ce'sar B. did a fantastic job removing all of the old crawlspace insulation, putting in the new insulation and cleaning and removing the old mold on the wood beams. They caulked all of the seams and added insulation to fully fill in the entire space. Highly recommended.

One of the very best customer/quote/sales experiences I’ve ever had… and I develop hotels for a living! Jesse Thrash was incredibly communicative from the very first appointment setting. He reached out to confirm time and also let me know if he would be late, he’d communicate that on the off chance his earlier appointment went over. Instead he called me and said he could come early. He took all the time necessary to review the situation, listened to my concerns and inspected around the house, inside and out. I mentioned I’d be interested to see the problem first hand which was in the crawl space so he provided all the PPE, gave me a torch and literally crawled through the space explaining his findings. One of those people that is clearly a master of his craft and takes pleasure in helping solve problems. As a bonus he even used his equipment to help locate 2 leaks that could have done immense damage if not resolved. Really I’m beyond impressed and encouraged that such professionals are still out there. He really instilled confidence that DryPro and his team were the right company for the job. Thanks Jesse!!

I had mold issues due to moisture in my crawlspace and I called DryPro and spoke with Darrell and he came out and inspected the crawlspace and he was very informative on what he found and showed us pictures. So we needed to get it fixed before it got worse and so a lady in their office named Cassidy helped get things set up and Jonathan, Marco and Daniel came out and took care of the mold and encapsulation. They did excellent work plus I worked the night before and they were so respectful and quiet. This company is a 5 star to me. It was done in a day and a half. Very quick and professional. Thank you all for everything you did.

We had "bouncy" floors in our living room, and called DryPro to see what the issue was in our crawlspace. We had a number of rotten joists and girders underneath the house. Mike helped us come up with a short term and long term plan to remediate the problem, which worked within our budget. Once the work started, Brenndan, our foreman, was awesome! He kept us completely informed and ended up finishing the job early. Outer floors are now solid as a rock! No longer bouncy at all! Our experience with DryPro was exceptional!

Today I had a Dry Pro tech come out to service my dehumidifier. Paul Neely arrived on time and we sat down and went over my profile. He talked with me and made sure I was comfortable before he went to work. This made me feel very good. Paul was great, he asked me how I felt about things. That made me feel like I was important to Dry Pro and not just another number. After his inspection and service of the unit, we sat down again and he explained everything on what he found. Paul made me feel like Dry Pro cared about us, so much so that I took his recommendation to install a drainage system ‘the only thing we never installed’ to keep us safe from possible water buildup. Dry Pro you have a very good technician in Paul. Kudos to him and if we can we will always request him for our annual maintenance. Keep up the great work Paul!
