My garage floor was buckled up in places because the fill dirt below had eroded. Dry Pro's representative Aldon Frostad went over the complete project in detail with me, outlining the plan and explaining the process. He saved me thousands of dollars by offering a solution that did not entail building a new retaining wall. The technicians Spencer and Ethan were very knowledgeable about their work and very thorough. They did a fantastic job, and my garage floor is now level with cracks patched neatly. They are both very efficient, capable, and personable young men One special thing was that if it hadn't been for Spencer's quick response, I might have been killed or critically injured because of my own negligence. I was standing directly under a huge rollaway door that I had not secured properly. It unrolled, crashing down right above me. Spencer instantly reached up and stopped the door only inches from the top of my head. Thanks to his alertness and quickness, I was unscathed!

The technicians from DryPro Charlotte, Jonathan, Marco, and Josiah, did an excellent job with the installation of drain lune, sump pump, dehumidifier, and complete insulation in the crawlspace of my house. They were knowledgeable and explained how the system works. I would recommend both DryPro and these technicians to anyone seeking crawlspace waterproofing. What an incredible team! I had a foundation issue resulting in a developing crack. The Dry Pro crew, Blake (foreman), Jacob and Kyriee did an extraordinary job. I was anxious about the repair and the landscaping. It was necessary to dig up and replant some shrubs (I recently had the property re landscaped). When they were done everything was perfect. You couldn’t tell they had been there. Because I was anxious, I asked a lot of questions and they took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything to me in detail. A very satisfied customer!

We had "bouncy" floors in our living room, and called DryPro to see what the issue was in our crawlspace. We had a number of rotten joists and girders underneath the house. Mike helped us come up with a short term and long term plan to remediate the problem, which worked within our budget. Once the work started, Brenndan, our foreman, was awesome! He kept us completely informed and ended up finishing the job early. Outer floors are now solid as a rock! No longer bouncy at all! Our experience with DryPro was exceptional!

We had excess moisture issues in our crawlspace. Our experience with Dry Pro was outstanding from start to finish. Brook Hobgood, the Certified Field Inspector, was very thorough in his presentation. Pricing was up-front, financing was easy, and there were no surprises. We knew exactly what they were doing when they showed up on each particular day. Hayden, the technician, gave us a heads-up with the exact arrival time for each installation day. The crews were polite and friendly, answering any questions we had. They were also very efficient with their time and completed everything exactly when they said they would. They made sure we knew our satisfaction was their top priority. We were confident going into the installation and we remain confident that if there are ever any issues that Dry Pro will stand behind their work. Wess Woodin went above and beyond during the initial inspection, not only taking the time to show / explain to me what he was finding but also explaining the best options based on my situation; Phillip and he crew performed phenomenal work while take the time to show/explain any new finds to me and ensuring they took the upmost care of my belongings; and Seth, Andrew, and Tony not only followed suite but made the final product look so nice (not to mention functional) that my crawl space is just fantastic (you'd think you could live down there). The process from start to finish could not have been any smoother. First, we had Lou inspect our crawlspace and documented all the troubled spots that the prior owner did not take care of. Everything he went over was very detailed and easy to understand. Within two weeks, we had the awesome crew of Seth, Andrew, and Tony out every day Monday – Thursday, starting on time at 9am until they finished the big task of overhauling our crawlspace. Now we don’t have to worry about water coming in, creating moisture, and mold (a nightmare). I trust Dry-Pro 100%. They have the most knowledgeable and passionate people on their team. From the start, they were very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly before beginning the work on my crawlspace. The entire process moved quickly and efficiently and was completed in a little over two days. Throughout the project, the team kept me informed about what they were seeing and doing. One of the technicians in particular was very helpful and took the time to point out things he noticed along the way and explain my service plan in detail, which I really appreciated. I was completely impressed by the Dry Pro process from the initial contact to the finished product. Chase, my Dry Pro rep explained the process in detail and set my expectations. The installation crew, Randall, Casey H and Andrew P exceeded all Customer Services criteria. They were punctual, respectful of the property, and did amazing installation work. They continually updated me on the project status. On the last day they took the time to walk me through the encapsulation and all the equipment. We made a service call for them to assist as soon as possible the next morning cause we were afraid water would get into our encapsulated crawl space. Service was scheduled 3pm that day and our service guy Brandon arrived a bit early and diagnosed the problem and called for assistance. Brandon and Mark stayed correctly completed. I had some concerns about possible moisture issues under my home as I live on a downward grade and considering home much rainfall we receive in the Carolinas. I contacted Drypro and they sent Chris Dugan the project manager to my home for a free estimate. He took photos and explained everything to me that was going on under my home and gave me his recommendations. Eric, Jose, and Michael were the technicians who handled the job, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail. From start to finish, they were courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They completely encapsulated my crawlspace and installed a sump pump and french drain as well as an auto dehumidifier. The quality of their work was top-notch, and they left the area clean and looking great. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it really shows. Highly recommend this team and company to anyone in need of waterproofing or foundation work. Thanks again, Chris, Eric, Jose, and Michael!

I highly recommend Dry Pro Foundation and Crawlspace, Our initial contact was Jesse Thrash, the field inspector. Jessie explained what we needed for repairs and to correct the water damage . He provided pictures from under the house to support. Obviously, the need concerned my husband and me as it was a big expense. Jessie assured us that that all aspects of the work and service would be top notch. Pricing was fair and he explained what we were getting for service and pricing. He was very transparent about the cost. Jessie was with us for the entire process when I called or texted. He was very responsive to my concerns. The first time I sent a text it was late. I didn’t expect to hear until next day, but he answered immediately. I really liked that customer service. He most certainly made us feel comfortable and assured. I was very impressed with his professionalism. Javier, Casey, Dionte and Willem were the service crew we had to do the encapsulation, repairs and install the dehumidifier. All I can say wow! They were friendly, punctual and skilled. Our point of contact was Javier. Javier explained what the crew was going to do that day. He responded to our questions and took the time to explain what was happening along the way in detail. The thing that really stood out to me was Javier’s pride in his company and the quality of materials they used. He assured us at the end of the job we would be pleased. They cleaned up everything after they finished. This team has a strong work ethic. This is how a company builds a good reputation. I will say that we are not homeowners who are passive. We like to be engaged as to what is happening and the people who are doing the work. This was an excellent experience from an entire team.
