We utilized Dry Pro foundational services following several instances of basement flooding due to hydrostatic pressure/concrete crack seepage, and we could not have been more impressed with every aspect of their repair and prevention process. After reaching out for a quote, a representative immediately replied with scheduling options for an in-depth assessment by a structural engineer (Jesse Thrash), who was able to arrange a prompt evaluation. Jesse's knowledge, experience, and professionalism far exceeded our expectations, and he was able to formulate several options to fit our financial capabilities. Throughout the rest of the process Jesse provided superlative customer support, assistance, communication, and availability to discuss and troubleshoot the various minor issues that accompany large projects. Following the structural repairs, Jesse provided several professional references to assist with drywall repairs etc. (special thanks to Victor Guillen and his entire crew at Guillen Drywall & More)! We are sincerely thankful to the entire Dry Pro team and couldn't be happier with both the results, and the peace of mind that comes with working with such a proficient and professional company…so very much appreciated!

The Dry Pro team of Jesse, Corey, Josiah, Vance and Lawrence was amazing! I needed to have my crawl space waterproofed and this is the perfect company to have chosen after receiving quotes from others. I heard of Dry Pro while driving to work on WBT and once I read all of their fantastic reviews I called to schedule an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was able to get one. Jesse came out to inspect my crawl space and my father could not believe how much time he spent taking measurements and explaining the process to him. This was all before I even hired Dry Pro to do the job. Once I decided to hire Dry Pro, I had an appointment within a few days. The day of my appointment Corey communicated with me in reference to their arrival time and I also received communication via text. The team did an excellent job even with my 85 year old father “supervising” them!!!! lol!!! They waited for me to arrive home so that they could show me the completed project and they answered all of my questions. They were all extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional! I would highly recommend Dry Pro!

Personally had a great experience with Dry Pro. Reggie was our initial point of contact and clearly explained the process, what it all entails, and worked with us on a financial plan to fit my budget. During the install there was Eric, Jose, Cole, and Ethan who were doing the work and they were great. Not only was the work quick, but it looks great and was clearly explained at the beginning and end of the process. Lastly, they were all respectful of my home and pets through the whole process which was huge for me.

Dry pro foundation repair company redefines customer service. So I had a house built by a very shoddy CONtractor in 2002. The 30-ft front porch had settled three and a half inches over the last 22 years. The dry pro team came in and was very leery and concerned about being able to fix the porch because of the shoddy work. But they were willing to try. So I put $1,300 down payment and the boys went to work. Unfortunately they were only able to raise the porch up one and a half inches. So without me even asking they gave me all of my $1,300 down payment back. And they spent over an hour working on the porch. This company is the most professional and ethical company I have ever dealt with. 10 stars across the board.

Daniel Soto and the Charlotte DryPro team are the best! I had my entire crawlspace – mold remediated, french drain and a sump pump installed, encapsulation and dehumidifier installed a year ago. I also elected to purchase the 5 year service warrantee, to protect my investment. The Team came out for the annual service inspection, and found a few minor repairs needed following the inspection, and came back out today to repair all the items, put fresh insulation tape around and even wiped down any dirty spots so my "white" encapsulated space looks like new again. thanks Daniel!

I am so thankful for Daniel Soto, Marco Ramirez, and Grace Holderby for their awesome service in installing my waterproofing and moisture system. They were very professional and hard workers. I did find fault in the company when I had a problem with the de-humidifier leaking water. I called at 11 am and it was after 5pm when someone came. He worked very hard here to fix it until 7pm. I felt this should have been handled in a more timely manner. Also when I called the office two days after installation, I left a voice mail and no one ever called me back. I am a little concerned now.

I in the midst of a horrendous situation of a foundation repair. The people at Dry Pro ( Blake and his partner (forgot his name. ),Watts, and Ilian ) along with supervisors making it a lot easier . After looking at crack in foundation and getting carpet and tile removed for repair we found an even bigger crack through middle of room. The guys were on time , worked extremely hard and had the best attitude even with the labor intensive work in bad weather. Me and my wife ( who is a leadership trainer) was so impressed I had to write a review If you have a water or foundation problem I would make my first call to Dry Pro !! It will save your sanity ! The process from start to finish could not have been any smoother. First, we had Lou inspect our crawlspace and documented all the troubled spots that the prior owner did not take care of. Everything he went over was very detailed and easy to understand. Within two weeks, we had the awesome crew of Seth, Andrew, and Tony out every day Monday – Thursday, starting on time at 9am until they finished the big task of overhauling our crawlspace. Now we don’t have to worry about water coming in, creating moisture, and mold (a nightmare). I trust Dry-Pro 100%. They have the most knowledgeable and passionate people on their team. Russell Chilcote did a great inspection and let me know what was needed for mold remediation in our crawlspace. Juan R., Alejandro S. and Ce'sar B. did a fantastic job removing all of the old crawlspace insulation, putting in the new insulation and cleaning and removing the old mold on the wood beams. Trevor did a good walkthrough and tweaked a few things under the house to make sure I was completely satisfied. One of the very best customer/quote/sales experiences I’ve ever had… and I develop hotels for a living! Jesse Thrash was incredibly communicative from the very first appointment setting. He reached out to confirm time and also let me know if he would be late, he’d communicate that on the off chance his earlier appointment went over. Instead he called me and said he could come early. He took all the time necessary to review the situation, listened to my concerns and inspected around the house, inside and out. I mentioned I’d be interested to see the problem first hand which was in the crawl space so he provided all the PPE, gave me a torch and literally crawled through the space explaining his findings. One of those people that is clearly a master of his craft and takes pleasure in helping solve problems. As a bonus he even used his equipment to help locate 2 leaks that could have done immense damage if not resolved. Really I’m beyond impressed and encouraged that such professionals are still out there. He really instilled confidence that DryPro and his team were the right company for the job. Thanks Jesse!!

What a great experience and installation this week by Oscar P, Antonio A and Seth G. They called me prior to arrival. They were on time or even early over the 3 days. They were kind and polite, professional and communicated in much detail. They finished the project sooner than we expected and our crawl space is immaculate. Our home's internal temperature is now consistent when we turn on air conditioning and we have not had any small friends, ie. bugs in our home since and these were my biggest issues prior to doing this with just a vapor barrier. From beginning to end with our sales person, Sean, to the installation, we have had a great experience. Thank you so much for the easiest home project we have done in 20 years.

My foundation problem in my basement wall was diagnosed and a detailed plan for remediation was presented to me by Jordan. The proposed work involved implementing a carbon fiber wall reinforcement system to provide additional wall support. The work was accomplished by Cam and Marco N on the date proposed which was December 31, 2024. Because of the location of the problem, my water heater had to be disconnected before the work could be undertaken. I engaged a plumber to coordinate the disconnect and reconnect of the water heater with the Dry-Pro workers. The guys arrived on time and worked continuously to install the carbon fiber system. They explained everything about their work to me and could not have been more competent and professional. They were very diligent in cleaning up after the work was completed. I am very glad I engaged Dry-Pro to resolve this significant problem for me. I highly recommend this company. J. Patrick Cline

I cannot express the gratitude I have for this company! Home repairs are nerve wrecking alone (financially and hoping the job is done efficiently).After meeting with Bill and his trusting evaluation and Trevor Mcswain,Andrew Phillips, Andrew pellicano, Carlos and sam my mind was at ease. We had some foundation/settling issues that needed to be addressed. The crew listened to everything I had concerns about. They were extremely professional,polite,prompt and exceeded our expectations! Our floor had settled in the kitchen enough that there was a small gap where the counter top was pulling away from the wall. After their precise adjustments it was back in place. We eventually will have a full encapsulation and they will hands down be requested. We couldn't be happier!

Had our crawlspace encapsulated, Ken R came out a couple weeks ago and looked everything over, talked to us with detailed solutions. He kept in touch with us to get everything coordinated. When Ethan V and Marco R arrived to work, that is exactly what they did, they worked extremely hard for 4 days to fully clean and encapsulate our crawlspace as well as change out a few floor joists and girder. They were professional and kept me informed with updates for the entire process. Enjoyed having them around and highly recommend them coming out to your project. The crawlspace looks amazing! And the moldy/musty smell is completely gone! We can tell a huge difference in the floor where the joists were changed too. Patrick came out today and installed our crawlspace door, he was quick and professional and it looks great! Also, Shout out to Nick that did the electrical piece, very clean job and quick turnaround. Overall I highly recommend DryPro, I heard about them on a radio commercial from Mike Rowe. Thanks again everyone in the process!

The installation crew, Randall, Casey H and Andrew P exceeded all Customer Services criteria. They were punctual, respectful of the property, and did amazing installation work.
