I recently found a crack in my homes foundation. Mike Fuller from Dry Pro came out to evaluate and quote. I already had one quote from another company for $6000 to fix the crack, so I expected about the same from Dry Pro. Mike started by asking many questions, that I must admit, I found bothersom and irelavent. My bad! He was simply doing his due diligence to understand the history of the house and look for clues to determine the cause. While in the crawlspace with a laser level, looking for drops in the foundation, he also did a thorough check for moisture in the wood and insulation as well as mold and humidity. No problems found. Time for the moment of truth. How much to repair? Of course I expected $6 – 10 k, but to my surprise, Mike said I do not have a structural problem and explained why. My faith in contractors was restored. Mike Fuller was professional, knowledgeable and personable. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with him on a professional and personal level. Thank you Mike Fuller and Dry Pro for your professionalism and integrity.

I have used Dry Pro several times and have always been pleased. I recently called them out because of water accumulation in my crawl space. The salesman came out within 48 hours of my call and the work was scheduled shortly theraafter. When Michael S. and Andrew G. arrived to do the work, they determined that the proposed plan would not rectify the problem. They were VERY thorough, honest and competent. Given their recommendations, the project was put on hold. Subsequently, I spoke with Dewey (a supervisor) and he agreed with Michael S. and Andrew G. The work was completed this past Friday. I requested to have Michael S. and Andrew G. perform the work as I had 100% faith and trust in them given the prior interaction. I was not disappointed. They are amazing craftsman, very professional and the work was perfect. It is what I had come to expect with Dry Pro. They definitely rebuilt my faith in the company. Michael S., Andrew G. and Dewey are 5 star guys!

The process from start to finish could not have been any smoother. First, we had Lou inspect our crawlspace and documented all the troubled spots that the prior owner did not take care of. Everything he went over was very detailed and easy to understand. Within two weeks, we had the awesome crew of Seth, Andrew, and Tony out every day Monday – Thursday, starting on time at 9am until they finished the big task of overhauling our crawlspace. Now we don’t have to worry about water coming in, creating moisture, and mold (a nightmare). I trust Dry-Pro 100%. They have the most knowledgeable and passionate people on their team. I can’t thank them enough for the stellar work and peace of mind they have given us. Great job, guys! Thanks for all of your hard work. We appreciate you! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

One of the very best customer/quote/sales experiences I’ve ever had… and I develop hotels for a living! Jesse Thrash was incredibly communicative from the very first appointment setting. He reached out to confirm time and also let me know if he would be late, he’d communicate that on the off chance his earlier appointment went over. Instead he called me and said he could come early. He took all the time necessary to review the situation, listened to my concerns and inspected around the house, inside and out. I mentioned I’d be interested to see the problem first hand which was in the crawl space so he provided all the PPE, gave me a torch and literally crawled through the space explaining his findings. One of those people that is clearly a master of his craft and takes pleasure in helping solve problems. As a bonus he even used his equipment to help locate 2 leaks that could have done immense damage if not resolved. Really I’m beyond impressed and encouraged that such professionals are still out there. He really instilled confidence that DryPro and his team were the right company for the job. Thanks Jesse!!

I had a great experience with my team from DryPro – Mang, Tyler, and Alexander. From the start, they were very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly before beginning the work on my crawlspace. The entire process moved quickly and efficiently and was completed in a little over two days. Throughout the project, the team kept me informed about what they were seeing and doing. One of the technicians in particular was very helpful and took the time to point out things he noticed along the way and explain my service plan in detail, which I really appreciated. Overall, all three members of the team were knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend DryPro.

We had Dry Pro put in a new drainage and sump pump system last week. Timing was remarkable as it was two days before Hurricane Helene came through Charlotte. Our house is on the low side of the street, and always gets run off from the high side. In the past our crawl space was nowhere near waterproof, was moist, dark, and musty, and would flood our attached storage room during very heavy rains. Any time there was a flash flood warning… With the amount of water from Helene, we definitely would have had a stressful wet time with the old sump pump/drainage system. We also lost power for 2 days, but we had an existing 1000Ah battery backup thankfully, which was used in conjunction with the new sump installed. This was a real stress test of all three (drainage, sump, battery)…all passed and kept our crawl space/storage room dry. I'm more than pleased with work Dry Pro did. They were very thorough, from the estimate process with Wes, through the installation with Gerber, Kyree, and Edwin. Our crawl space is now clean, dry, and we're confidently ready for the next big rain. Thank you!
