Today I had a Dry Pro tech come out to service my dehumidifier. Paul Neely arrived on time and we sat down and went over my profile. He talked with me and made sure I was comfortable before he went to work. This made me feel very good. Paul was great, he asked me how I felt about things. That made me feel like I was important to Dry Pro and not just another number. After his inspection and service of the unit, we sat down again and he explained everything on what he found. Paul made me feel like Dry Pro cared about us, so much so that I took his recommendation to install a drainage system ‘the only thing we never installed’ to keep us safe from possible water buildup.
