Trevor did a good walkthrough and tweaked a few things under the house to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would recommend this company to any homeowner that wants to make the structure under the house more secure and your floors level. I feel that I made a good investment for my 1930’s home.

Justin, William, Bryant and Akio were very professional, courteous and hardworking while they were at our home. They worked diligently until the job was completed. Dry pro foundation repair company redefines customer service. So I had a house built by a very shoddy CONtractor in 2002. The 30-ft front porch had settled three and a half inches over the last 22 years. The dry pro team came in and was very leery and concerned about being able to fix the porch because of the shoddy work. But they were willing to try. So I put $1,300 down payment and the boys went to work. Unfortunately they were only able to raise the porch up one and a half inches. So without me even asking they gave me all of my $1,300 down payment back. And they spent over an hour working on the porch. This company is the most professional and ethical company I have ever dealt with. 10 stars across the board.

When I called DryPro.I had a slaging floor,a closet foot that I could not close. Various cracks over other doors, doors,I could not lock. A huge Crack in my living room.Second big problem included,mold, moisture in my crawl space.The structural exam included, Justin T.,William N.,Travis M., and Terrell W.At the end of their adjustments, I could close all my doors as well as lock the other doors. The big Crack in my living room was barely visible.Great clean up too.My waterproofing staff included, Illian K,, Watts B.and Robery B.This staff removed mold and water – proofing of crawl space. Nice and organized. Again, clean up excellent.I would highly recommend this company.

Guys (Spencer & Ethan) were on time and explained what they were going to do. When the job was complete, they let me know when I could safely drive on it and answered more questions. They kept a very organized work area and cleaned up way more than I expected when they were done, I highly recommend this process if you aren't ready to totally replace your driveway – It is by far less expensive

I in the midst of a horrendous situation of a foundation repair. The people at Dry Pro ( Blake and his partner (forgot his name. ),Watts, and Ilian ) along with supervisors making it a lot easier . After looking at crack in foundation and getting carpet and tile removed for repair we found an even bigger crack through middle of room. The guys were on time , worked extremely hard and had the best attitude even with the labor intensive work in bad weather. Me and my wife ( who is a leadership trainer) was so impressed I had to write a review If you have a water or foundation problem I would make my first call to Dry Pro !! It will save your sanity ! Keep up the great work guys. People do care and will appreciate the attitude more than you can imagine ! Great job !!Thank youMike Caudill

I highly recommend Dry Pro Foundation and Crawlspace, Our initial contact was Jesse Thrash, the field inspector. Jessie explained what we needed for repairs and to correct the water damage . He provided pictures from under the house to support. Obviously, the need concerned my husband and me as it was a big expense. Jessie assured us that that all aspects of the work and service would be top notch. Pricing was fair and he explained what we were getting for service and pricing. He was very transparent about the cost. Jessie was with us for the entire process when I called or texted. He was very responsive to my concerns. The first time I sent a text it was late. I didn’t expect to hear until next day, but he answered immediately. I really liked that customer service. He most certainly made us feel comfortable and assured. I was very impressed with his professionalism. Javier, Casey, Dionte and Willem were the service crew we had to do the encapsulation, repairs and install the dehumidifier. All I can say wow! They were friendly, punctual and skilled. Our point of contact was Javier. Javier explained what the crew was going to do that day. He responded to our questions and took the time to explain what was happening along the way in detail. The thing that really stood out to me was Javier’s pride in his company and the quality of materials they used. He assured us at the end of the job we would be pleased. They cleaned up everything after they finished. This team has a strong work ethic. This is how a company builds a good reputation. I will say that we are not homeowners who are passive. We like to be engaged as to what is happening and the people who are doing the work. This was an excellent experience from an entire team. Joseph and I would definitely recommend Dry-pro for this service need.
