Wess Woodin went above and beyond during the initial inspection, not only taking the time to show / explain to me what he was finding but also explaining the best options based on my situation; Phillip and he crew performed phenomenal work while take the time to show/explain any new finds to me and ensuring they took the upmost care of my belongings; and Seth, Andrew, and Tony not only followed suite but made the final product look so nice (not to mention functional) that my crawl space is just fantastic (you'd think you could live down there). I forgot to mention the after service care with Wess going out of his way (I live 2 hours a way) to not only come out to my house to see the new improvements but to also ensure that not only am I happy with the results but I am also question free

I was completely impressed by the Dry Pro process from the initial contact to the finished product. Chase, my Dry Pro rep explained the process in detail and set my expectations. The installation crew, Randall, Casey H and Andrew P exceeded all Customer Services criteria. They were punctual, respectful of the property, and did amazing installation work. They continually updated me on the project status. On the last day they took the time to walk me through the encapsulation and all the equipment. I will highly recommend Dry Pro for crawl space and foundation work.

We utilized Dry Pro foundational services following several instances of basement flooding due to hydrostatic pressure/concrete crack seepage, and we could not have been more impressed with every aspect of their repair and prevention process. After reaching out for a quote, a representative immediately replied with scheduling options for an in-depth assessment by a structural engineer (Jesse Thrash), who was able to arrange a prompt evaluation. Jesse's knowledge, experience, and professionalism far exceeded our expectations, and he was able to formulate several options to fit our financial capabilities. Throughout the rest of the process Jesse provided superlative customer support, assistance, communication, and availability to discuss and troubleshoot the various minor issues that accompany large projects. Following the structural repairs, Jesse provided several professional references to assist with drywall repairs etc. (special thanks to Victor Guillen and his entire crew at Guillen Drywall & More)! We are sincerely thankful to the entire Dry Pro team and couldn't be happier with both the results, and the peace of mind that comes with working with such a proficient and professional company…so very much appreciated!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Dry Pro today and a VERY professional crew they sent out. The workmanship is fantastic and SAVIORES took the time to break down what work was completed to make sure all was understood. This crew works well together and demonstrated their superior skills at foundation repair. My house is a remodeled and very late 1890's old farm house. These young men took the time to sturdy the floors and reinforce the foundation. Thank you Dry Pro!
