Austin Andes came to our home to inspect the framing and foundation condition and help us diagnose some possible settlement issues we were experiencing. He did a thorough inspection of the home, outside, inside and in the crawl space including taking photos he used during the post inspection to explain what he found. He was very professional and offered a very reasonable solution to address and help maintain our hone. I would definitely recommend Austin to anyone needing foundation remediation.

I am so thankful for Daniel Soto, Marco Ramirez, and Grace Holderby for their awesome service in installing my waterproofing and moisture system. They were very professional and hard workers. I did find fault in the company when I had a problem with the de-humidifier leaking water. I called at 11 am and it was after 5pm when someone came. He worked very hard here to fix it until 7pm. I felt this should have been handled in a more timely manner. Also when I called the office two days after installation, I left a voice mail and no one ever called me back. I am a little concerned now.

Start to finish, we had an excellent experience with Dry Pro. Paul was prompt and courteous. He diagnosed the problem with our damp crawl space and prescribed a solution that included a drain and 2 sump pumps. Will and his team did fantastic work, even in the middle of a cold snap. They were professional and polite. Even left our garage cleaner than they found it! Can't say enough and will recommend to others!

I felt comfortable with the progress and knowing their plan for each day. When they wrapped up, they cleaned up everything. Definitely wonderful not needing to clean up after contractors! The process from start to finish could not have been any smoother. First, we had Lou inspect our crawlspace and documented all the troubled spots that the prior owner did not take care of. Everything he went over was very detailed and easy to understand. Within two weeks, we had the awesome crew of Seth, Andrew, and Tony out every day Monday – Thursday, starting on time at 9am until they finished the big task of overhauling our crawlspace. Now we don’t have to worry about water coming in, creating moisture, and mold (a nightmare). I trust Dry-Pro 100%. They have the most knowledgeable and passionate people on their team. I can’t thank them enough for the stellar work and peace of mind they have given us. Great job, guys! Thanks for all of your hard work. We appreciate you! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
