Had a solid sixth year Dry Pro Foundation check-up appointment with Kyler Sparks, who provided both high quality systems review work for our crawlspace system, as well as identifying additional water damage to our property. He was thoughtful, patient and provided extended review of both maintenance performed and damage identified. He worked to mark and correct levelling as well. I continue to be impressed with Dry Pro's attention to detail and results–and Kyler is an excellent example of that attention to detail. Thanks!

I am so thankful for Daniel Soto, Marco Ramirez, and Grace Holderby for their awesome service in installing my waterproofing and moisture system. They were very professional and hard workers. I did find fault in the company when I had a problem with the de-humidifier leaking water. I called at 11 am and it was after 5pm when someone came. He worked very hard here to fix it until 7pm. I felt this should have been handled in a more timely manner. Also when I called the office two days after installation, I left a voice mail and no one ever called me back. I am a little concerned now.

Spencer and Ethan were outstanding. They communicated on time, courteously, professionally, and in a timely manner throughout the entire service call. The quality of the work was excellent, and they explained what they were doing before and after the work was complete. Based on the estimate, I paid exactly what I expected and would highly recommend Dry Pro and specifically Spenser and Ethan for foundation work. I'm very happy!

We utilized Dry Pro foundational services following several instances of basement flooding due to hydrostatic pressure/concrete crack seepage, and we could not have been more impressed with every aspect of their repair and prevention process. After reaching out for a quote, a representative immediately replied with scheduling options for an in-depth assessment by a structural engineer (Jesse Thrash), who was able to arrange a prompt evaluation. Jesse's knowledge, experience, and professionalism far exceeded our expectations, and he was able to formulate several options to fit our financial capabilities. Throughout the rest of the process Jesse provided superlative customer support, assistance, communication, and availability to discuss and troubleshoot the various minor issues that accompany large projects. Following the structural repairs, Jesse provided several professional references to assist with drywall repairs etc. (special thanks to Victor Guillen and his entire crew at Guillen Drywall & More)! We are sincerely thankful to the entire Dry Pro team and couldn't be happier with both the results, and the peace of mind that comes with working with such a proficient and professional company…so very much appreciated!

Sean spent well over two hours inspecting and then spent time going over every detail of our system, results of his testing, etc. on his Ipad. As a result, I am very confident that our system is still very efficient in maintaining an efficient and healthy environment in our crawlspace.
