Trevor and his team, Carlos and Drew did a wonderful job.They were friendly and professional, arrived when they said they would. Went right to work and the job was finished in a timely manner. Trevor did a good walkthrough and tweaked a few things under the house to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would recommend this company to any homeowner that wants to make the structure under the house more secure and your floors level. I feel that I made a good investment for my 1930’s home.

Fantastic service from multiple departments. Wess Woodin went above and beyond during the initial inspection, not only taking the time to show / explain to me what he was finding but also explaining the best options based on my situation; Phillip and he crew performed phenomenal work while take the time to show/explain any new finds to me and ensuring they took the upmost care of my belongings; and Seth, Andrew, and Tony not only followed suite but made the final product look so nice (not to mention functional) that my crawl space is just fantastic (you'd think you could live down there). I forgot to mention the after service care with Wess going out of his way (I live 2 hours a way) to not only come out to my house to see the new improvements but to also ensure that not only am I happy with the results but I am also question free

Austin Andes came to our home to inspect the framing and foundation condition and help us diagnose some possible settlement issues we were experiencing. He did a thorough inspection of the home, outside, inside and in the crawl space including taking photos he used during the post inspection to explain what he found. He was very professional and offered a very reasonable solution to address and help maintain our hone. I would definitely recommend Austin to anyone needing foundation remediation.

I recently had an encapsulation done on my home from Dry Pro and WOW My service tech Kyler Sparks and his crew were just amazing. Kyler showed up to my home one morning and sat down with him and started talking about what was wrong to what I needed to do and my options to finance it He is very knowledgeable about his job. He Sent his crew Gerber ,Adante , and Louis who were just outstanding guys Dry Pro has a fantastic communication program going on I knew everything they were doing everyday they were there and I wasnt even home Fantastic job DryPro!! If I had several home DryPro would at everyone of them Thank you for helping me be mold free!!

This review is for Jesse Thrash out of the Charlotte Dry-Pro location. He was so informative and helpful with all aspects of the situation at our home. He spent 2 1/2 hours with us, inspecting our home and telling us about some things we didn't know about our home and things we had to put some attention towards immediately. Very smart and very professional. I would recommend him to everyone.

Chad came to my home for an inspection of my foundation and I ended up having the concrete lifted in my driveway. The planning and process was so easy and it was so quick. Ethan was out to my house within two weeks to perform the service and took care of it in an afternoon. The service, product, and delivery is exceptional. I would recommend to anyone who wants to avoid a costly and lengthy driveway replacement.
