What kinds of repairs can I do myself?

To keep excess water away from your crawl space, you can extend your downspouts away from your house.  

If you can readily see into your crawl space, you can place a digital weather station inside to monitor temperature and humidity. You can also grab any leftover construction materials to help keep the area free of debris. 

However, we do not recommend that you go into your crawl space to inspect it or install any repairs because this is a delicate and dangerous area.
