When I noticed something a few days later I called Dry-pro again and my contact Brandon W sent Spencer & Ethan back out no questions asked. Start to finish, we had an excellent experience with Dry Pro. Paul was prompt and courteous. He diagnosed the problem with our damp crawl space and prescribed a solution that included a drain and 2 sump pumps. Will and his team did fantastic work, even in the middle of a cold snap. They were professional and polite. Even left our garage cleaner than they found it! Can't say enough and will recommend to others!

Being a Dry Pro customer already, I reached out and contracted to have 16 pilings in the rear portion of my house reinforced with helical piers (ELIMINATES any future settling). Special recognition for Blake, Jacob, and Tyler for their professionalism, technical proficiency, and for ALWAYS taking the time to answer any questions and keep me in the loop with the process steps. Ethan was out to my house within two weeks to perform the service and took care of it in an afternoon. The service, product, and delivery is exceptional. 100% recommend! In the two years we’ve owned our home, we’ve worked with several other less expensive companies to remediate water intrusion issues to no avail. After witnessing the waterproofing success that a family member achieved with Dry-Pro, we finally hired them, and only wish we had contacted them from the very beginning! Amadou, our field inspector and first point of contact, was personable and knowledgeable and spent extended time listening while we described our issues and he assessed our home. He also contacted us several times before the job started to make sure we were prepared. Johnathan, Marco, and Cesar were the gentlemen that actually did the work and despite having to demo concrete and remove drywall, they somehow managed to leave the space just as clean as it was when they started! Jonathan was also very thorough when we did the final walkthrough; he happily answered all of our questions and provided pictures of the work they did from beginning to end, making sure we understood what was done and how everything would work together. Even the Dry-Pro electrician, Nick, was fantastic to work with! He clearly explained what he was doing and provided valuable information about how it would work with various other electrical components in our older home. Everyone we worked with at Dry-pro has been easy to work with, responsive, and efficient. All have also repeatedly told us to call Dry-Pro if we have any issues or concerns, suggesting that they feel confident about guaranteeing the work they do. Their no interest financing option also made achieving a dry home possible!

I in the midst of a horrendous situation of a foundation repair. The people at Dry Pro ( Blake and his partner (forgot his name. ),Watts, and Ilian ) along with supervisors making it a lot easier . After looking at crack in foundation and getting carpet and tile removed for repair we found an even bigger crack through middle of room. The guys were on time , worked extremely hard and had the best attitude even with the labor intensive work in bad weather. Me and my wife ( who is a leadership trainer) was so impressed I had to write a review If you have a water or foundation problem I would make my first call to Dry Pro !! It will save your sanity ! I recently found a crack in my homes foundation. Mike Fuller from Dry Pro came out to evaluate and quote. I already had one quote from another company for $6000 to fix the crack, so I expected about the same from Dry Pro. Mike started by asking many questions, that I must admit, I found bothersom and irelavent. My bad! He was simply doing his due diligence to understand the history of the house and look for clues to determine the cause. While in the crawlspace with a laser level, looking for drops in the foundation, he also did a thorough check for moisture in the wood and insulation as well as mold and humidity. No problems found. Time for the moment of truth. How much to repair? Of course I expected $6 – 10 k, but to my surprise, Mike said I do not have a structural problem and explained why. My faith in contractors was restored. Mike Fuller was professional, knowledgeable and personable. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with him on a professional and personal level. Thank you Mike Fuller and Dry Pro for your professionalism and integrity.

The crew chief, Trevor McSwain, explained everything they were doing, provided periodic updates during the process and photos of the before and after work. My garage floor was buckled up in places because the fill dirt below had eroded. Dry Pro's representative Aldon Frostad went over the complete project in detail with me, outlining the plan and explaining the process. He saved me thousands of dollars by offering a solution that did not entail building a new retaining wall. The technicians Spencer and Ethan were very knowledgeable about their work and very thorough. They did a fantastic job, and my garage floor is now level with cracks patched neatly. They are both very efficient, capable, and personable young men One special thing was that if it hadn't been for Spencer's quick response, I might have been killed or critically injured because of my own negligence. I was standing directly under a huge rollaway door that I had not secured properly. It unrolled, crashing down right above me. Spencer instantly reached up and stopped the door only inches from the top of my head. Thanks to his alertness and quickness, I was unscathed!

An excellent experience starting with Cody. He was thorough in his inspection, provided a ton of pictures to go along with his findings, and offered options suitable for my budget. He went above and beyond, to explain that the products were safe for children. The team, Oscar P, Paulino L., and Bryant V., were amazing. It was the coldest week of the year, and the last couple of days it rained. But they did not let it deter them and completed the work on time. The end result looks great. After they were finished, they took the time to walk me through everything they had done, showed me the pictures they took throughout the process, and asked if I had any questions now or later to reach out to them. I received a phone call every morning of what they were setting out to accomplish, and every evening of what they actually accomplished. You will not be disappointed with Dry-Pro. I highly recommend.

The process from start to finish could not have been any smoother. First, we had Lou inspect our crawlspace and documented all the troubled spots that the prior owner did not take care of. Everything he went over was very detailed and easy to understand. Within two weeks, we had the awesome crew of Seth, Andrew, and Tony out every day Monday – Thursday, starting on time at 9am until they finished the big task of overhauling our crawlspace. Now we don’t have to worry about water coming in, creating moisture, and mold (a nightmare). I trust Dry-Pro 100%. They have the most knowledgeable and passionate people on their team. We had Dry Pro put in a new drainage and sump pump system last week. Timing was remarkable as it was two days before Hurricane Helene came through Charlotte. Our house is on the low side of the street, and always gets run off from the high side. In the past our crawl space was nowhere near waterproof, was moist, dark, and musty, and would flood our attached storage room during very heavy rains. Any time there was a flash flood warning… With the amount of water from Helene, we definitely would have had a stressful wet time with the old sump pump/drainage system. We also lost power for 2 days, but we had an existing 1000Ah battery backup thankfully, which was used in conjunction with the new sump installed. This was a real stress test of all three (drainage, sump, battery)…all passed and kept our crawl space/storage room dry. I'm more than pleased with work Dry Pro did. They were very thorough, from the estimate process with Wes, through the installation with Gerber, Kyree, and Edwin. Our crawl space is now clean, dry, and we're confidently ready for the next big rain. Thank you!

My foundation problem in my basement wall was diagnosed and a detailed plan for remediation was presented to me by Jordan. The proposed work involved implementing a carbon fiber wall reinforcement system to provide additional wall support. The work was accomplished by Cam and Marco N on the date proposed which was December 31, 2024. Because of the location of the problem, my water heater had to be disconnected before the work could be undertaken. I engaged a plumber to coordinate the disconnect and reconnect of the water heater with the Dry-Pro workers. The guys arrived on time and worked continuously to install the carbon fiber system. They explained everything about their work to me and could not have been more competent and professional. They were very diligent in cleaning up after the work was completed. I am very glad I engaged Dry-Pro to resolve this significant problem for me. I highly recommend this company. J. Patrick Cline

I have used Dry Pro several times and have always been pleased. I recently called them out because of water accumulation in my crawl space. The salesman came out within 48 hours of my call and the work was scheduled shortly theraafter. When Michael S. and Andrew G. arrived to do the work, they determined that the proposed plan would not rectify the problem. They were VERY thorough, honest and competent. Given their recommendations, the project was put on hold. Subsequently, I spoke with Dewey (a supervisor) and he agreed with Michael S. and Andrew G. The work was completed this past Friday. I requested to have Michael S. and Andrew G. perform the work as I had 100% faith and trust in them given the prior interaction. I was not disappointed. They are amazing craftsman, very professional and the work was perfect. It is what I had come to expect with Dry Pro. They definitely rebuilt my faith in the company. Michael S., Andrew G. and Dewey are 5 star guys!

We had excess moisture issues in our crawlspace. Our experience with Dry Pro was outstanding from start to finish. Brook Hobgood, the Certified Field Inspector, was very thorough in his presentation. Pricing was up-front, financing was easy, and there were no surprises. We knew exactly what they were doing when they showed up on each particular day. Hayden, the technician, gave us a heads-up with the exact arrival time for each installation day. The crews were polite and friendly, answering any questions we had. They were also very efficient with their time and completed everything exactly when they said they would. They made sure we knew our satisfaction was their top priority. We were confident going into the installation and we remain confident that if there are ever any issues that Dry Pro will stand behind their work. Had our crawlspace encapsulated, Ken R came out a couple weeks ago and looked everything over, talked to us with detailed solutions. He kept in touch with us to get everything coordinated. When Ethan V and Marco R arrived to work, that is exactly what they did, they worked extremely hard for 4 days to fully clean and encapsulate our crawlspace as well as change out a few floor joists and girder. They were professional and kept me informed with updates for the entire process. Enjoyed having them around and highly recommend them coming out to your project. The crawlspace looks amazing! And the moldy/musty smell is completely gone! We can tell a huge difference in the floor where the joists were changed too. Patrick came out today and installed our crawlspace door, he was quick and professional and it looks great! Also, Shout out to Nick that did the electrical piece, very clean job and quick turnaround.
