In 1999, Ron Weatherly founded Dry Pro Foundation and Crawl Space Specialists. He wanted to grow a business that made a difference in the local community. Cameron, Juan, Cole & Trey did an incredible job with encapsulating our crawl space. They all were very respectful. Cameron provided me updates throughout the 3 day project. I felt comfortable with the progress and knowing their plan for each day. When they wrapped up, they cleaned up everything. Definitely wonderful not needing to clean up after contractors! I’d highly recommend!

Daniel Soto and the Charlotte DryPro team are the best! I had my entire crawlspace – mold remediated, french drain and a sump pump installed, encapsulation and dehumidifier installed a year ago. I also elected to purchase the 5 year service warrantee, to protect my investment. The Team came out for the annual service inspection, and found a few minor repairs needed following the inspection, and came back out today to repair all the items, put fresh insulation tape around and even wiped down any dirty spots so my "white" encapsulated space looks like new again. thanks Daniel!

Jesse T. was my lead contact on the job. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered all my questions, and was very good to work with. After that, the crew of Marco N., Alejandro S., and Cesar B., worked hard and got the job done professionally and politely. No more worries about my crawlspace. I recently found a crack in my homes foundation. Mike Fuller from Dry Pro came out to evaluate and quote. I already had one quote from another company for $6000 to fix the crack, so I expected about the same from Dry Pro. Mike started by asking many questions, that I must admit, I found bothersom and irelavent. My bad! He was simply doing his due diligence to understand the history of the house and look for clues to determine the cause. While in the crawlspace with a laser level, looking for drops in the foundation, he also did a thorough check for moisture in the wood and insulation as well as mold and humidity. No problems found. Time for the moment of truth. How much to repair? Of course I expected $6 – 10 k, but to my surprise, Mike said I do not have a structural problem and explained why. My faith in contractors was restored. Mike Fuller was professional, knowledgeable and personable. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with him on a professional and personal level. Thank you Mike Fuller and Dry Pro for your professionalism and integrity.

We were completely impressed with Dry Pro from the initial contact to the finished product. We had a full encapsulation completed and Jeremy, our Dry Pro Field Inspector, explained the process in detail and answered all of our questions. Our Project Coordinator, Michelle, and our Permit Coordinator, Chris, provided excellent customer service and kept us updated throughout the process. Our expectations were high and they did not disappoint! The installation crew, Gerber, Kyriee and Edwin were professional and very knowledgeable of their craft. There were punctual, respectful of our property, and did outstanding installation work. They continually kept us updated and on the last day of the installation they took the time to walk us through the encapsulation and all the equipment. We highly recommend Dry Pro for crawl space and foundation work.

Our crawl space was in sore need of a cleanup. We had mold, falling floor insulation, etc. The DryPro team did an excellent job of cleaning and encapsulating the complete crawl space to a point that we won't have to worry about it for a long time. The team of Daniel Soto, Marco Ramirez and Travis H. did an incredible job and the end result surpassed our expectations. As you can see from the before and after photos it was a huge transformation.

I recently had an encapsulation done on my home from Dry Pro and WOW My service tech Kyler Sparks and his crew were just amazing. Kyler showed up to my home one morning and sat down with him and started talking about what was wrong to what I needed to do and my options to finance it He is very knowledgeable about his job. He Sent his crew Gerber ,Adante , and Louis who were just outstanding guys Dry Pro has a fantastic communication program going on I knew everything they were doing everyday they were there and I wasnt even home Fantastic job DryPro!! If I had several home DryPro would at everyone of them Thank you for helping me be mold free!!
