The crew chief, Trevor McSwain, explained everything they were doing, provided periodic updates during the process and photos of the before and after work. Trevor did a good walkthrough and tweaked a few things under the house to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would recommend this company to any homeowner that wants to make the structure under the house more secure and your floors level. I feel that I made a good investment for my 1930's home.

I had a fantastic experience with DryPro Systems, Inc. I had some concerns about possible moisture issues under my home as I live on a downward grade and considering home much rainfall we receive in the Carolinas. I contacted Drypro and they sent Chris Dugan the project manager to my home for a free estimate. He took photos and explained everything to me that was going on under my home and gave me his recommendations. Eric, Jose, and Michael were the technicians who handled the job, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail. From start to finish, they were courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They completely encapsulated my crawlspace and installed a sump pump and french drain as well as an auto dehumidifier. The quality of their work was top-notch, and they left the area clean and looking great. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it really shows. Highly recommend this team and company to anyone in need of waterproofing or foundation work. Thanks again, Chris, Eric, Jose, and Michael!

Reggie was our initial point of contact and clearly explained the process, what it all entails, and worked with us on a financial plan to fit my budget. During the install there was Eric, Jose, Cole, and Ethan who were doing the work and they were great. Not only was the work quick, but it looks great and was clearly explained at the beginning and end of the process. We had "bouncy" floors in our living room, and called DryPro to see what the issue was in our crawlspace. We had a number of rotten joists and girders underneath the house. Mike helped us come up with a short term and long term plan to remediate the problem, which worked within our budget. Once the work started, Brenndan, our foreman, was awesome! He kept us completely informed and ended up finishing the job early. Outer floors are now solid as a rock! No longer bouncy at all! Our experience with DryPro was exceptional!

We had Dry Pro put in a new drainage and sump pump system last week. Timing was remarkable as it was two days before Hurricane Helene came through Charlotte. Our house is on the low side of the street, and always gets run off from the high side. In the past our crawl space was nowhere near waterproof, was moist, dark, and musty, and would flood our attached storage room during very heavy rains. Any time there was a flash flood warning… With the amount of water from Helene, we definitely would have had a stressful wet time with the old sump pump/drainage system. We also lost power for 2 days, but we had an existing 1000Ah battery backup thankfully, which was used in conjunction with the new sump installed. This was a real stress test of all three (drainage, sump, battery)…all passed and kept our crawl space/storage room dry. I'm more than pleased with work Dry Pro did. They were very thorough, from the estimate process with Wes, through the installation with Gerber, Kyree, and Edwin. Our crawl space is now clean, dry, and we're confidently ready for the next big rain. Thank you!

I needed to have my crawl space waterproofed and this is the perfect company to have chosen after receiving quotes from others. I heard of Dry Pro while driving to work on WBT and once I read all of their fantastic reviews I called to schedule an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was able to get one. Jesse came out to inspect my crawl space and my father could not believe how much time he spent taking measurements and explaining the process to him. This was all before I even hired Dry Pro to do the job. Once I decided to hire Dry Pro, I had an appointment within a few days. The day of my appointment Corey communicated with me in reference to their arrival time and I also received communication via text. The team did an excellent job even with my 85 year old father “supervising” them!!!! lol!!! Wess Woodin went above and beyond during the initial inspection, not only taking the time to show / explain to me what he was finding but also explaining the best options based on my situation; Phillip and he crew performed phenomenal work while take the time to show/explain any new finds to me and ensuring they took the upmost care of my belongings; and Seth, Andrew, and Tony not only followed suite but made the final product look so nice (not to mention functional) that my crawl space is just fantastic (you'd think you could live down there). My garage floor was buckled up in places because the fill dirt below had eroded. Dry Pro's representative Aldon Frostad went over the complete project in detail with me, outlining the plan and explaining the process. He saved me thousands of dollars by offering a solution that did not entail building a new retaining wall. The technicians Spencer and Ethan were very knowledgeable about their work and very thorough. They did a fantastic job, and my garage floor is now level with cracks patched neatly. They are both very efficient, capable, and personable young men One special thing was that if it hadn't been for Spencer's quick response, I might have been killed or critically injured because of my own negligence. I was standing directly under a huge rollaway door that I had not secured properly. It unrolled, crashing down right above me. Spencer instantly reached up and stopped the door only inches from the top of my head. Thanks to his alertness and quickness, I was unscathed!

Dry pro foundation repair company redefines customer service. So I had a house built by a very shoddy CONtractor in 2002. The 30-ft front porch had settled three and a half inches over the last 22 years. The dry pro team came in and was very leery and concerned about being able to fix the porch because of the shoddy work. But they were willing to try. So I put $1,300 down payment and the boys went to work. Unfortunately they were only able to raise the porch up one and a half inches. So without me even asking they gave me all of my $1,300 down payment back. And they spent over an hour working on the porch. This company is the most professional and ethical company I have ever dealt with. 10 stars across the board.

I highly recommend Dry Pro Foundation and Crawlspace, Our initial contact was Jesse Thrash, the field inspector. Jessie explained what we needed for repairs and to correct the water damage . He provided pictures from under the house to support. Obviously, the need concerned my husband and me as it was a big expense. Jessie assured us that that all aspects of the work and service would be top notch. Pricing was fair and he explained what we were getting for service and pricing. He was very transparent about the cost. Jessie was with us for the entire process when I called or texted. He was very responsive to my concerns. The first time I sent a text it was late. I didn’t expect to hear until next day, but he answered immediately. I really liked that customer service. He most certainly made us feel comfortable and assured. I was very impressed with his professionalism. Javier, Casey, Dionte and Willem were the service crew we had to do the encapsulation, repairs and install the dehumidifier. All I can say wow! They were friendly, punctual and skilled. Our point of contact was Javier. Javier explained what the crew was going to do that day. He responded to our questions and took the time to explain what was happening along the way in detail. The thing that really stood out to me was Javier’s pride in his company and the quality of materials they used. He assured us at the end of the job we would be pleased. They cleaned up everything after they finished. This team has a strong work ethic. This is how a company builds a good reputation. I will say that we are not homeowners who are passive. We like to be engaged as to what is happening and the people who are doing the work. This was an excellent experience from an entire team. Chad came to my home for an inspection of my foundation and I ended up having the concrete lifted in my driveway. The planning and process was so easy and it was so quick. Ethan was out to my house within two weeks to perform the service and took care of it in an afternoon. The service, product, and delivery is exceptional. I would recommend to anyone who wants to avoid a costly and lengthy driveway replacement.
