Every step of the way was explained and my every question answered which helped me understand exactly the why and how of each step they took to stop my home from sinking. The service they rendered to solve the problem was fast, well thought out and well planned from start to finish. This review is for Jesse Thrash out of the Charlotte Dry-Pro location. He was so informative and helpful with all aspects of the situation at our home. He spent 2 1/2 hours with us, inspecting our home and telling us about some things we didn't know about our home and things we had to put some attention towards immediately. Very smart and very professional. I would recommend him to everyone.

We had some work done in our crawlspace to correct an ongoing water situation. Jonathan and Marco showed up on time and did a great job. I was worried about some of our landscaping but when they were finished it looked like they had never been in digging – on a rainy morning, not a bit of mud remained. I highly recommend them.

We had "bouncy" floors in our living room, and called DryPro to see what the issue was in our crawlspace. We had a number of rotten joists and girders underneath the house. Mike helped us come up with a short term and long term plan to remediate the problem, which worked within our budget. Once the work started, Brenndan, our foreman, was awesome! He kept us completely informed and ended up finishing the job early. Outer floors are now solid as a rock! No longer bouncy at all! Our experience with DryPro was exceptional!

Dry Pro's service has been excellent. We were kept well informed of when the work would be completed, and everything went as promised. Spencer and Ethan were on time, professional and knowledgeable. Home repairs are nerve wrecking alone (financially and hoping the job is done efficiently).After meeting with Bill and his trusting evaluation and Trevor Mcswain,Andrew Phillips, Andrew pellicano, Carlos and sam my mind was at ease. We had some foundation/settling issues that needed to be addressed. The crew listened to everything I had concerns about. They were extremely professional,polite,prompt and exceeded our expectations! Our floor had settled in the kitchen enough that there was a small gap where the counter top was pulling away from the wall. After their precise adjustments it was back in place. We eventually will have a full encapsulation and they will hands down be requested. We couldn't be happier!

An excellent experience starting with Cody. He was thorough in his inspection, provided a ton of pictures to go along with his findings, and offered options suitable for my budget. He went above and beyond, to explain that the products were safe for children. The team, Oscar P, Paulino L., and Bryant V., were amazing. It was the coldest week of the year, and the last couple of days it rained. But they did not let it deter them and completed the work on time. The end result looks great. After they were finished, they took the time to walk me through everything they had done, showed me the pictures they took throughout the process, and asked if I had any questions now or later to reach out to them. I received a phone call every morning of what they were setting out to accomplish, and every evening of what they actually accomplished. You will not be disappointed with Dry-Pro. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Dry Pro Foundation and Crawlspace, Our initial contact was Jesse Thrash, the field inspector. Jessie explained what we needed for repairs and to correct the water damage . He provided pictures from under the house to support. Obviously, the need concerned my husband and me as it was a big expense. Jessie assured us that that all aspects of the work and service would be top notch. Pricing was fair and he explained what we were getting for service and pricing. He was very transparent about the cost. Jessie was with us for the entire process when I called or texted. He was very responsive to my concerns. The first time I sent a text it was late. I didn’t expect to hear until next day, but he answered immediately. I really liked that customer service. He most certainly made us feel comfortable and assured. I was very impressed with his professionalism. Javier, Casey, Dionte and Willem were the service crew we had to do the encapsulation, repairs and install the dehumidifier. All I can say wow! They were friendly, punctual and skilled. Our point of contact was Javier. Javier explained what the crew was going to do that day. He responded to our questions and took the time to explain what was happening along the way in detail. The thing that really stood out to me was Javier’s pride in his company and the quality of materials they used. He assured us at the end of the job we would be pleased. They cleaned up everything after they finished. This team has a strong work ethic. This is how a company builds a good reputation. I will say that we are not homeowners who are passive. We like to be engaged as to what is happening and the people who are doing the work. This was an excellent experience from an entire team. Joseph and I would definitely recommend Dry-pro for this service need.

The DRY PRO crew showed up when they said they would and worked in our crawl space in off and on rain for over eight hours. The crew chief, Trevor McSwain, explained everything they were doing, provided periodic updates during the process and photos of the before and after work. Crew members Carlos Umanzor and Andrew Phillips were courteous, professional and diligent. At the end of the day our foundation is much improved. Thank you DRY PRO!

A huge Crack in my living room.Second big problem included,mold, moisture in my crawl space.The structural exam included, Justin T.,William N.,Travis M., and Terrell W.At the end of their adjustments, I could close all my doors as well as lock the other doors. The big Crack in my living room was barely visible.Great clean up too.My waterproofing staff included, Illian K,, Watts B.and Robery B.This staff removed mold and water – proofing of crawl space. Nice and organized. Again, clean up excellent.I would highly recommend this company.

Being a Dry Pro customer already, I reached out and contracted to have 16 pilings in the rear portion of my house reinforced with helical piers (ELIMINATES any future settling). Special recognition for Blake, Jacob, and Tyler for their professionalism, technical proficiency, and for ALWAYS taking the time to answer any questions and keep me in the loop with the process steps. We had excess moisture issues in our crawlspace. Our experience with Dry Pro was outstanding from start to finish. Brook Hobgood, the Certified Field Inspector, was very thorough in his presentation. Pricing was up-front, financing was easy, and there were no surprises. We knew exactly what they were doing when they showed up on each particular day. Hayden, the technician, gave us a heads-up with the exact arrival time for each installation day. The crews were polite and friendly, answering any questions we had. They were also very efficient with their time and completed everything exactly when they said they would. They made sure we knew our satisfaction was their top priority. We were confident going into the installation and we remain confident that if there are ever any issues that Dry Pro will stand behind their work. We are able to monitor our crawlspace with a device and any questions are quickly addressed. We wholeheartedly recommend this company to everyone without a moment's hesitation!

Russell Chilcote did a great inspection and let me know what was needed for mold remediation in our crawlspace. Juan R., Alejandro S. and Ce'sar B. did a fantastic job removing all of the old crawlspace insulation, putting in the new insulation and cleaning and removing the old mold on the wood beams. They caulked all of the seams and added insulation to fully fill in the entire space. Highly recommended.

The process from start to finish could not have been any smoother. First, we had Lou inspect our crawlspace and documented all the troubled spots that the prior owner did not take care of. Everything he went over was very detailed and easy to understand. Within two weeks, we had the awesome crew of Seth, Andrew, and Tony out every day Monday – Thursday, starting on time at 9am until they finished the big task of overhauling our crawlspace. Now we don’t have to worry about water coming in, creating moisture, and mold (a nightmare). I trust Dry-Pro 100%. They have the most knowledgeable and passionate people on their team. I in the midst of a horrendous situation of a foundation repair. The people at Dry Pro ( Blake and his partner (forgot his name. ),Watts, and Ilian ) along with supervisors making it a lot easier . After looking at crack in foundation and getting carpet and tile removed for repair we found an even bigger crack through middle of room. The guys were on time , worked extremely hard and had the best attitude even with the labor intensive work in bad weather. Me and my wife ( who is a leadership trainer) was so impressed I had to write a review If you have a water or foundation problem I would make my first call to Dry Pro !! It will save your sanity ! Wess Woodin went above and beyond during the initial inspection, not only taking the time to show / explain to me what he was finding but also explaining the best options based on my situation; Phillip and he crew performed phenomenal work while take the time to show/explain any new finds to me and ensuring they took the upmost care of my belongings; and Seth, Andrew, and Tony not only followed suite but made the final product look so nice (not to mention functional) that my crawl space is just fantastic (you'd think you could live down there). One of the very best customer/quote/sales experiences I’ve ever had… and I develop hotels for a living! Jesse Thrash was incredibly communicative from the very first appointment setting. He reached out to confirm time and also let me know if he would be late, he’d communicate that on the off chance his earlier appointment went over. Instead he called me and said he could come early. He took all the time necessary to review the situation, listened to my concerns and inspected around the house, inside and out. I mentioned I’d be interested to see the problem first hand which was in the crawl space so he provided all the PPE, gave me a torch and literally crawled through the space explaining his findings. One of those people that is clearly a master of his craft and takes pleasure in helping solve problems. As a bonus he even used his equipment to help locate 2 leaks that could have done immense damage if not resolved. Really I’m beyond impressed and encouraged that such professionals are still out there. He really instilled confidence that DryPro and his team were the right company for the job. Thanks Jesse!!
