The process was simple and easy. From the initial home inspection to the final inspection by our County. They made sure we got the right solution for our home. Without making us feel pressured, they were informative and extremely polite. And while doing the work, they hung up our ductwork that was on the ground. I would recommend them for any crawlspace issues someone might have.

I had a fantastic experience with DryPro Systems, Inc. I had some concerns about possible moisture issues under my home as I live on a downward grade and considering home much rainfall we receive in the Carolinas. I contacted Drypro and they sent Chris Dugan the project manager to my home for a free estimate. He took photos and explained everything to me that was going on under my home and gave me his recommendations. Eric, Jose, and Michael were the technicians who handled the job, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail. From start to finish, they were courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They completely encapsulated my crawlspace and installed a sump pump and french drain as well as an auto dehumidifier. The quality of their work was top-notch, and they left the area clean and looking great. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it really shows. Highly recommend this team and company to anyone in need of waterproofing or foundation work. Thanks again, Chris, Eric, Jose, and Michael!

100% recommend! In the two years we’ve owned our home, we’ve worked with several other less expensive companies to remediate water intrusion issues to no avail. After witnessing the waterproofing success that a family member achieved with Dry-Pro, we finally hired them, and only wish we had contacted them from the very beginning! Amadou, our field inspector and first point of contact, was personable and knowledgeable and spent extended time listening while we described our issues and he assessed our home. He also contacted us several times before the job started to make sure we were prepared. Johnathan, Marco, and Cesar were the gentlemen that actually did the work and despite having to demo concrete and remove drywall, they somehow managed to leave the space just as clean as it was when they started! Jonathan was also very thorough when we did the final walkthrough; he happily answered all of our questions and provided pictures of the work they did from beginning to end, making sure we understood what was done and how everything would work together. Even the Dry-Pro electrician, Nick, was fantastic to work with! He clearly explained what he was doing and provided valuable information about how it would work with various other electrical components in our older home. Everyone we worked with at Dry-pro has been easy to work with, responsive, and efficient. All have also repeatedly told us to call Dry-Pro if we have any issues or concerns, suggesting that they feel confident about guaranteeing the work they do. Their no interest financing option also made achieving a dry home possible!

Charlotte had an extreme about of rain a few weeks ago. Our sump alarmed around 4am. We could not get it to reset. We made a service call for them to assist as soon as possible the next morning cause we were afraid water would get into our encapsulated crawl space. Service was scheduled 3pm that day and our service guy Brandon arrived a bit early and diagnosed the problem and called for assistance. Brandon and Mark stayed correctly completed. Both Joseph and myself were very pleased with the service they provided. They are the kind of associates you want to represent you company. Seller service.

The process from start to finish could not have been any smoother. First, we had Lou inspect our crawlspace and documented all the troubled spots that the prior owner did not take care of. Everything he went over was very detailed and easy to understand. Within two weeks, we had the awesome crew of Seth, Andrew, and Tony out every day Monday – Thursday, starting on time at 9am until they finished the big task of overhauling our crawlspace. Now we don’t have to worry about water coming in, creating moisture, and mold (a nightmare). I trust Dry-Pro 100%. They have the most knowledgeable and passionate people on their team. We utilized Dry Pro foundational services following several instances of basement flooding due to hydrostatic pressure/concrete crack seepage, and we could not have been more impressed with every aspect of their repair and prevention process. After reaching out for a quote, a representative immediately replied with scheduling options for an in-depth assessment by a structural engineer (Jesse Thrash), who was able to arrange a prompt evaluation. Jesse's knowledge, experience, and professionalism far exceeded our expectations, and he was able to formulate several options to fit our financial capabilities. Throughout the rest of the process Jesse provided superlative customer support, assistance, communication, and availability to discuss and troubleshoot the various minor issues that accompany large projects. Following the structural repairs, Jesse provided several professional references to assist with drywall repairs etc. (special thanks to Victor Guillen and his entire crew at Guillen Drywall & More)! I recently found a crack in my homes foundation. Mike Fuller from Dry Pro came out to evaluate and quote. I already had one quote from another company for $6000 to fix the crack, so I expected about the same from Dry Pro. Mike started by asking many questions, that I must admit, I found bothersom and irelavent. My bad! He was simply doing his due diligence to understand the history of the house and look for clues to determine the cause. While in the crawlspace with a laser level, looking for drops in the foundation, he also did a thorough check for moisture in the wood and insulation as well as mold and humidity. No problems found. Time for the moment of truth. How much to repair? Of course I expected $6 – 10 k, but to my surprise, Mike said I do not have a structural problem and explained why. My faith in contractors was restored. Mike Fuller was professional, knowledgeable and personable. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with him on a professional and personal level. Thank you Mike Fuller and Dry Pro for your professionalism and integrity.

Our crawl space was in sore need of a cleanup. We had mold, falling floor insulation, etc. The DryPro team did an excellent job of cleaning and encapsulating the complete crawl space to a point that we won't have to worry about it for a long time. The team of Daniel Soto, Marco Ramirez and Travis H. did an incredible job and the end result surpassed our expectations. As you can see from the before and after photos it was a huge transformation.

We had "bouncy" floors in our living room, and called DryPro to see what the issue was in our crawlspace. We had a number of rotten joists and girders underneath the house. Mike helped us come up with a short term and long term plan to remediate the problem, which worked within our budget. Once the work started, Brenndan, our foreman, was awesome! He kept us completely informed and ended up finishing the job early. Outer floors are now solid as a rock! No longer bouncy at all! Our experience with DryPro was exceptional!

An excellent experience starting with Cody. He was thorough in his inspection, provided a ton of pictures to go along with his findings, and offered options suitable for my budget. He went above and beyond, to explain that the products were safe for children. The team, Oscar P, Paulino L., and Bryant V., were amazing. It was the coldest week of the year, and the last couple of days it rained. But they did not let it deter them and completed the work on time. The end result looks great. After they were finished, they took the time to walk me through everything they had done, showed me the pictures they took throughout the process, and asked if I had any questions now or later to reach out to them. I received a phone call every morning of what they were setting out to accomplish, and every evening of what they actually accomplished. You will not be disappointed with Dry-Pro. I highly recommend.

Personally had a great experience with Dry Pro. Reggie was our initial point of contact and clearly explained the process, what it all entails, and worked with us on a financial plan to fit my budget. During the install there was Eric, Jose, Cole, and Ethan who were doing the work and they were great. Not only was the work quick, but it looks great and was clearly explained at the beginning and end of the process. Lastly, they were all respectful of my home and pets through the whole process which was huge for me.

I am so thankful for Daniel Soto, Marco Ramirez, and Grace Holderby for their awesome service in installing my waterproofing and moisture system. They were very professional and hard workers. I did find fault in the company when I had a problem with the de-humidifier leaking water. I called at 11 am and it was after 5pm when someone came. He worked very hard here to fix it until 7pm. I felt this should have been handled in a more timely manner. Also when I called the office two days after installation, I left a voice mail and no one ever called me back. I am a little concerned now.

Chad came to my home for an inspection of my foundation and I ended up having the concrete lifted in my driveway. The planning and process was so easy and it was so quick. Ethan was out to my house within two weeks to perform the service and took care of it in an afternoon. The service, product, and delivery is exceptional. We had a full encapsulation completed and Jeremy, our Dry Pro Field Inspector, explained the process in detail and answered all of our questions. Our Project Coordinator, Michelle, and our Permit Coordinator, Chris, provided excellent customer service and kept us updated throughout the process. Our expectations were high and they did not disappoint! The installation crew, Gerber, Kyriee and Edwin were professional and very knowledgeable of their craft. There were punctual, respectful of our property, and did outstanding installation work. They continually kept us updated and on the last day of the installation they took the time to walk us through the encapsulation and all the equipment. We highly recommend Dry Pro for crawl space and foundation work.

I in the midst of a horrendous situation of a foundation repair. The people at Dry Pro ( Blake and his partner (forgot his name. ),Watts, and Ilian ) along with supervisors making it a lot easier . After looking at crack in foundation and getting carpet and tile removed for repair we found an even bigger crack through middle of room. The guys were on time , worked extremely hard and had the best attitude even with the labor intensive work in bad weather. Me and my wife ( who is a leadership trainer) was so impressed I had to write a review If you have a water or foundation problem I would make my first call to Dry Pro !! It will save your sanity ! Wess Woodin went above and beyond during the initial inspection, not only taking the time to show / explain to me what he was finding but also explaining the best options based on my situation; Phillip and he crew performed phenomenal work while take the time to show/explain any new finds to me and ensuring they took the upmost care of my belongings; and Seth, Andrew, and Tony not only followed suite but made the final product look so nice (not to mention functional) that my crawl space is just fantastic (you'd think you could live down there). My foundation problem in my basement wall was diagnosed and a detailed plan for remediation was presented to me by Jordan. The proposed work involved implementing a carbon fiber wall reinforcement system to provide additional wall support. The work was accomplished by Cam and Marco N on the date proposed which was December 31, 2024. Because of the location of the problem, my water heater had to be disconnected before the work could be undertaken. I engaged a plumber to coordinate the disconnect and reconnect of the water heater with the Dry-Pro workers. The guys arrived on time and worked continuously to install the carbon fiber system. They explained everything about their work to me and could not have been more competent and professional. They were very diligent in cleaning up after the work was completed. I am very glad I engaged Dry-Pro to resolve this significant problem for me. I highly recommend this company. J. Patrick Cline

I have used Dry Pro several times and have always been pleased. I recently called them out because of water accumulation in my crawl space. The salesman came out within 48 hours of my call and the work was scheduled shortly theraafter. When Michael S. and Andrew G. arrived to do the work, they determined that the proposed plan would not rectify the problem. They were VERY thorough, honest and competent. Given their recommendations, the project was put on hold. Subsequently, I spoke with Dewey (a supervisor) and he agreed with Michael S. and Andrew G. The work was completed this past Friday. I requested to have Michael S. and Andrew G. perform the work as I had 100% faith and trust in them given the prior interaction. I was not disappointed. They are amazing craftsman, very professional and the work was perfect. It is what I had come to expect with Dry Pro. They definitely rebuilt my faith in the company. Michael S., Andrew G. and Dewey are 5 star guys!

I needed to have my crawl space waterproofed and this is the perfect company to have chosen after receiving quotes from others. I heard of Dry Pro while driving to work on WBT and once I read all of their fantastic reviews I called to schedule an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was able to get one. Jesse came out to inspect my crawl space and my father could not believe how much time he spent taking measurements and explaining the process to him. This was all before I even hired Dry Pro to do the job. Once I decided to hire Dry Pro, I had an appointment within a few days. The day of my appointment Corey communicated with me in reference to their arrival time and I also received communication via text. The team did an excellent job even with my 85 year old father “supervising” them!!!! lol!!!
