Charlotte had an extreme about of rain a few weeks ago. Our sump alarmed around 4am. We could not get it to reset. We made a service call for them to assist as soon as possible the next morning cause we were afraid water would get into our encapsulated crawl space. Service was scheduled 3pm that day and our service guy Brandon arrived a bit early and diagnosed the problem and called for assistance. Brandon and Mark stayed correctly completed. Both Joseph and myself were very pleased with the service they provided. They are the kind of associates you want to represent you company. Seller service.

The workmanship is fantastic and SAVIORES took the time to break down what work was completed to make sure all was understood. This crew works well together and demonstrated their superior skills at foundation repair. My house is a remodeled and very late 1890's old farm house. I recently found a crack in my homes foundation. Mike Fuller from Dry Pro came out to evaluate and quote. I already had one quote from another company for $6000 to fix the crack, so I expected about the same from Dry Pro. Mike started by asking many questions, that I must admit, I found bothersom and irelavent. My bad! He was simply doing his due diligence to understand the history of the house and look for clues to determine the cause. While in the crawlspace with a laser level, looking for drops in the foundation, he also did a thorough check for moisture in the wood and insulation as well as mold and humidity. No problems found. Time for the moment of truth. How much to repair? Of course I expected $6 – 10 k, but to my surprise, Mike said I do not have a structural problem and explained why. My faith in contractors was restored. Mike Fuller was professional, knowledgeable and personable. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with him on a professional and personal level. Thank you Mike Fuller and Dry Pro for your professionalism and integrity.

What an incredible team! I had a foundation issue resulting in a developing crack. The Dry Pro crew, Blake (foreman), Jacob and Kyriee did an extraordinary job. I was anxious about the repair and the landscaping. It was necessary to dig up and replant some shrubs (I recently had the property re landscaped). When they were done everything was perfect. You couldn’t tell they had been there. Because I was anxious, I asked a lot of questions and they took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything to me in detail. A very satisfied customer!

Our crawl space was in sore need of a cleanup. We had mold, falling floor insulation, etc. The DryPro team did an excellent job of cleaning and encapsulating the complete crawl space to a point that we won't have to worry about it for a long time. The team of Daniel Soto, Marco Ramirez and Travis H. did an incredible job and the end result surpassed our expectations. As you can see from the before and after photos it was a huge transformation.

The process from start to finish could not have been any smoother. First, we had Lou inspect our crawlspace and documented all the troubled spots that the prior owner did not take care of. Everything he went over was very detailed and easy to understand. Within two weeks, we had the awesome crew of Seth, Andrew, and Tony out every day Monday – Thursday, starting on time at 9am until they finished the big task of overhauling our crawlspace. Now we don’t have to worry about water coming in, creating moisture, and mold (a nightmare). I trust Dry-Pro 100%. They have the most knowledgeable and passionate people on their team. The entire process moved quickly and efficiently and was completed in a little over two days. Throughout the project, the team kept me informed about what they were seeing and doing. One of the technicians in particular was very helpful and took the time to point out things he noticed along the way and explain my service plan in detail, which I really appreciated. Overall, all three members of the team were knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend DryPro.

I am so thankful for Daniel Soto, Marco Ramirez, and Grace Holderby for their awesome service in installing my waterproofing and moisture system. They were very professional and hard workers. I did find fault in the company when I had a problem with the de-humidifier leaking water. I called at 11 am and it was after 5pm when someone came. He worked very hard here to fix it until 7pm. I felt this should have been handled in a more timely manner. Also when I called the office two days after installation, I left a voice mail and no one ever called me back. I am a little concerned now.

Start to finish, we had an excellent experience with Dry Pro. Paul was prompt and courteous. He diagnosed the problem with our damp crawl space and prescribed a solution that included a drain and 2 sump pumps. Will and his team did fantastic work, even in the middle of a cold snap. They were professional and polite. Even left our garage cleaner than they found it! Can't say enough and will recommend to others!

I in the midst of a horrendous situation of a foundation repair. The people at Dry Pro ( Blake and his partner (forgot his name. ),Watts, and Ilian ) along with supervisors making it a lot easier . After looking at crack in foundation and getting carpet and tile removed for repair we found an even bigger crack through middle of room. The guys were on time , worked extremely hard and had the best attitude even with the labor intensive work in bad weather. Me and my wife ( who is a leadership trainer) was so impressed I had to write a review If you have a water or foundation problem I would make my first call to Dry Pro !! It will save your sanity ! A huge Crack in my living room.Second big problem included,mold, moisture in my crawl space.The structural exam included, Justin T.,William N.,Travis M., and Terrell W.At the end of their adjustments, I could close all my doors as well as lock the other doors. The big Crack in my living room was barely visible.Great clean up too.My waterproofing staff included, Illian K,, Watts B.and Robery B.This staff removed mold and water – proofing of crawl space. Nice and organized. Again, clean up excellent.I would highly recommend this company.

I had mold issues due to moisture in my crawlspace and I called DryPro and spoke with Darrell and he came out and inspected the crawlspace and he was very informative on what he found and showed us pictures. So we needed to get it fixed before it got worse and so a lady in their office named Cassidy helped get things set up and Jonathan, Marco and Daniel came out and took care of the mold and encapsulation. They did excellent work plus I worked the night before and they were so respectful and quiet. This company is a 5 star to me. It was done in a day and a half. Very quick and professional.
