Our customer in Gastonia, NC was remodeling his house to list it for sale, and wanted to address the driveway that was cracking and even broken. After all, that is the first thing a potential buyer sees on arrival. Dry Pro was able to inject PolyLevel under the slab and lift the driveway level. Then the cracks and the control joints were sealed and blended. The homeowner was very happy with the results, (Night and Day) Now when he lists his house on the market he will have a nice solid driveway, sealed from water erosion and settling subsoil. He also has a 5-year Transferable Warranty that goes with the sale of the house. We look forward to working with him again and providing a free inspection on the purchase of his new house.
A homeowner in Gastonia, NC called Dry-Pro out to perform a free inspection on the home he had just purchased. The seller had hired a contractor to address items that needed repair and were noted on a home inspection. Matt was not comfortable with the work that the contractor performed and ended all work in progress. After Dry-Pro provided a full inspection, we came up with a list of items that needed to be accomplished and put a system together that would address all concerns for the long-term. This property was sloped down to the home on all sides and ultimately sits in a valley so water intrusion was a big problem. Mold had developed on the wood structure because of years of standing water and elevated humidity. Dry-Pro ended up installing a full perimeter interior french drain & sump pump, performed a full mold remediation, installed a 20 mil encapsulation liner, sealed all vents and installed a commercial grade dehumidifier to prevent future mold growth. Matt is very happy with how the system is performing and was thrilled he found Dry-Pro!

Does your crawl space have fiberglass insulation that is wet and sagging? Has some of your crawl space insulation fallen onto the floor, like the insulation shown in the photo?
Wet, sagging insulation is a serious problem. In addition to creating a soggy mess, this wet material creates conditions that are ideal for mold colonies to form on your home’s wood framing and elsewhere in the crawl space.
Mold can lead to wood rot and also threaten your health with a wide range of allergic reactions and respiratory issues.
