I originally dealt with Tim for initial inspection and quote. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. DryPro worked with our scheduling needs. John H., Emely G, and Marco B did an excellent job on our basement water seepage problem. Very professional, friendly and efficient. Worked steadily from arrival until finishing. John took us to the basement and explained in detail everything that had been done, how the sump pump and dehumidifier work. Work area was cleaned up before they left, inside and outside. Cement work was very well done. Very neat looking. We would highly recommend this company.
