Challenge
Carol, a Charlotte, NC customer, called Dry Pro wanting to stop the repeated flooding in her basement. She was interested in our French Drain System and wanted to receive a quote for waterproofing. Kelley, from Dry Pro, went out to inspect her property. After Kelley gave his recommendations for the best way to waterproof her crawlspace, Adan Chino and Antonio came out for the installations.

Solution
The crew installed a SaniDri™ Sump Pump with drain system, an exit line, WallSeal™, a YardWell™ Outlet, 100-149 feet of Basement Gutter™ with inspection port, and an interior Trench Drain.
Our crew installed BasementGutter™ instead of French Drains because French Drains susceptible to clogging from silt or plant roots. BasementGutter™ is also faster, easier, and less expensive to install than an exterior drain system.
BasementGutter™ works by capturing water seepage and leaks along the wall/floor joint. Once water enters the system, it flows through the drainage pipe to the SaniDri™ Sump Pump. BasementGutter™ is faster, easier and less expensive to install than an exterior drain system like French Drains. French Drains are also more susceptible to clogging from silt or plant roots.
