John in Clover, SC contacted Dry Pro, was concerned with water intruding into his basement. He said it looked like the water was coming in through the basement walls. He recently renovated his deck, which sits on top of the basement, and thought it might be causing the leak. Allison, with Dry Pro, went out and inspected his property. With Allison’s recommendations, John gave Dry Pro the go ahead to waterproof his basement.
Crew members, Raul, Daniel, and Oscar installed a 10 mil WallSeal™, SaniDri™ Sump Pump, Exit Line, YardWell™ Outlet, and 30ft of BasementGutter™ around the basement. They also installed an interior trench drain along the front door, that’s tied into the BasementGutter™ system.
The 10 mil WallSeal™ will seal off and protect the basement walls from any water intrusion. The BasementGutter™ system and Trench Drain will also capture water seepage through walls and leaks along the wall/floor joint. The SafeDri™ Sump Pump and drainage system will pump out any other water that may enter the basement out. With these products working together, John and his family should not have any problems with water in their basement.
