Outdated crawlspace in Charlotte, NC

In this picture we have a very outdated crawlspace in Charlotte, North Carolina. There is mold growing on the wooden beams as well as the insulation. In order to fix this crawlspace. We will have to remove all of the insulation and install a starter system. A starter system is a thin piece of plastic membrane that covers the floor and up to six inches up the walls. This offers climate control, which ultimately keeps mold expansion away.
