We were completely impressed with Dry Pro from the initial contact to the finished product. We had a full encapsulation completed and Jeremy, our Dry Pro Field Inspector, explained the process in detail and answered all of our questions. Our Project Coordinator, Michelle, and our Permit Coordinator, Chris, provided excellent customer service and kept us updated throughout the process. Our expectations were high and they did not disappoint! The installation crew, Gerber, Kyriee and Edwin were professional and very knowledgeable of their craft. There were punctual, respectful of our property, and did outstanding installation work. They continually kept us updated and on the last day of the installation they took the time to walk us through the encapsulation and all the equipment. We highly recommend Dry Pro for crawl space and foundation work.

My garage floor was buckled up in places because the fill dirt below had eroded. Dry Pro's representative Aldon Frostad went over the complete project in detail with me, outlining the plan and explaining the process. He saved me thousands of dollars by offering a solution that did not entail building a new retaining wall. The technicians Spencer and Ethan were very knowledgeable about their work and very thorough. They did a fantastic job, and my garage floor is now level with cracks patched neatly. They are both very efficient, capable, and personable young men One special thing was that if it hadn't been for Spencer's quick response, I might have been killed or critically injured because of my own negligence. I was standing directly under a huge rollaway door that I had not secured properly. It unrolled, crashing down right above me. Spencer instantly reached up and stopped the door only inches from the top of my head. Thanks to his alertness and quickness, I was unscathed!

I had mold issues due to moisture in my crawlspace and I called DryPro and spoke with Darrell and he came out and inspected the crawlspace and he was very informative on what he found and showed us pictures. So we needed to get it fixed before it got worse and so a lady in their office named Cassidy helped get things set up and Jonathan, Marco and Daniel came out and took care of the mold and encapsulation. They did excellent work plus I worked the night before and they were so respectful and quiet. This company is a 5 star to me. It was done in a day and a half. Very quick and professional. Thank you all for everything you did.

Russell Chilcote did a great inspection and let me know what was needed for mold remediation in our crawlspace. Juan R., Alejandro S. and Ce'sar B. did a fantastic job removing all of the old crawlspace insulation, putting in the new insulation and cleaning and removing the old mold on the wood beams. They caulked all of the seams and added insulation to fully fill in the entire space. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Dry Pro Foundation and Crawlspace, Our initial contact was Jesse Thrash, the field inspector. Jessie explained what we needed for repairs and to correct the water damage . He provided pictures from under the house to support. Obviously, the need concerned my husband and me as it was a big expense. Jessie assured us that that all aspects of the work and service would be top notch. Pricing was fair and he explained what we were getting for service and pricing. He was very transparent about the cost. Jessie was with us for the entire process when I called or texted. He was very responsive to my concerns. The first time I sent a text it was late. I didn’t expect to hear until next day, but he answered immediately. I really liked that customer service. He most certainly made us feel comfortable and assured. I was very impressed with his professionalism. Javier, Casey, Dionte and Willem were the service crew we had to do the encapsulation, repairs and install the dehumidifier. All I can say wow! They were friendly, punctual and skilled. Our point of contact was Javier. Javier explained what the crew was going to do that day. He responded to our questions and took the time to explain what was happening along the way in detail. The thing that really stood out to me was Javier’s pride in his company and the quality of materials they used. He assured us at the end of the job we would be pleased. They cleaned up everything after they finished. This team has a strong work ethic. This is how a company builds a good reputation. I will say that we are not homeowners who are passive. We like to be engaged as to what is happening and the people who are doing the work. This was an excellent experience from an entire team. Joseph and I would definitely recommend Dry-pro for this service need.

Dry pro foundation repair company redefines customer service. So I had a house built by a very shoddy CONtractor in 2002. The 30-ft front porch had settled three and a half inches over the last 22 years. The dry pro team came in and was very leery and concerned about being able to fix the porch because of the shoddy work. But they were willing to try. So I put $1,300 down payment and the boys went to work. Unfortunately they were only able to raise the porch up one and a half inches. So without me even asking they gave me all of my $1,300 down payment back. And they spent over an hour working on the porch. This company is the most professional and ethical company I have ever dealt with. 10 stars across the board.

The process from start to finish could not have been any smoother. First, we had Lou inspect our crawlspace and documented all the troubled spots that the prior owner did not take care of. Everything he went over was very detailed and easy to understand. Within two weeks, we had the awesome crew of Seth, Andrew, and Tony out every day Monday – Thursday, starting on time at 9am until they finished the big task of overhauling our crawlspace. Now we don’t have to worry about water coming in, creating moisture, and mold (a nightmare). I trust Dry-Pro 100%. They have the most knowledgeable and passionate people on their team. I in the midst of a horrendous situation of a foundation repair. The people at Dry Pro ( Blake and his partner (forgot his name. ),Watts, and Ilian ) along with supervisors making it a lot easier . After looking at crack in foundation and getting carpet and tile removed for repair we found an even bigger crack through middle of room. The guys were on time , worked extremely hard and had the best attitude even with the labor intensive work in bad weather. Me and my wife ( who is a leadership trainer) was so impressed I had to write a review If you have a water or foundation problem I would make my first call to Dry Pro !! It will save your sanity ! I am so thankful for Daniel Soto, Marco Ramirez, and Grace Holderby for their awesome service in installing my waterproofing and moisture system. They were very professional and hard workers. I did find fault in the company when I had a problem with the de-humidifier leaking water. I called at 11 am and it was after 5pm when someone came. He worked very hard here to fix it until 7pm. After reaching out for a quote, a representative immediately replied with scheduling options for an in-depth assessment by a structural engineer (Jesse Thrash), who was able to arrange a prompt evaluation. Jesse's knowledge, experience, and professionalism far exceeded our expectations, and he was able to formulate several options to fit our financial capabilities. Throughout the rest of the process Jesse provided superlative customer support, assistance, communication, and availability to discuss and troubleshoot the various minor issues that accompany large projects. Charlotte had an extreme about of rain a few weeks ago. Our sump alarmed around 4am. We could not get it to reset. We made a service call for them to assist as soon as possible the next morning cause we were afraid water would get into our encapsulated crawl space. Service was scheduled 3pm that day and our service guy Brandon arrived a bit early and diagnosed the problem and called for assistance. Brandon and Mark stayed correctly completed. Both Joseph and myself were very pleased with the service they provided. They are the kind of associates you want to represent you company. Seller service.

We had Dry Pro put in a new drainage and sump pump system last week. Timing was remarkable as it was two days before Hurricane Helene came through Charlotte. Our house is on the low side of the street, and always gets run off from the high side. In the past our crawl space was nowhere near waterproof, was moist, dark, and musty, and would flood our attached storage room during very heavy rains. Any time there was a flash flood warning… With the amount of water from Helene, we definitely would have had a stressful wet time with the old sump pump/drainage system. We also lost power for 2 days, but we had an existing 1000Ah battery backup thankfully, which was used in conjunction with the new sump installed. This was a real stress test of all three (drainage, sump, battery)…all passed and kept our crawl space/storage room dry. I'm more than pleased with work Dry Pro did. They were very thorough, from the estimate process with Wes, through the installation with Gerber, Kyree, and Edwin. Our crawl space is now clean, dry, and we're confidently ready for the next big rain. Thank you!

What a great experience and installation this week by Oscar P, Antonio A and Seth G. They called me prior to arrival. They were on time or even early over the 3 days. They were kind and polite, professional and communicated in much detail. They finished the project sooner than we expected and our crawl space is immaculate. Our home's internal temperature is now consistent when we turn on air conditioning and we have not had any small friends, ie. bugs in our home since and these were my biggest issues prior to doing this with just a vapor barrier. From beginning to end with our sales person, Sean, to the installation, we have had a great experience. Thank you so much for the easiest home project we have done in 20 years.

Daniel Soto and the Charlotte DryPro team are the best! I had my entire crawlspace – mold remediated, french drain and a sump pump installed, encapsulation and dehumidifier installed a year ago. I also elected to purchase the 5 year service warrantee, to protect my investment. The Team came out for the annual service inspection, and found a few minor repairs needed following the inspection, and came back out today to repair all the items, put fresh insulation tape around and even wiped down any dirty spots so my "white" encapsulated space looks like new again. thanks Daniel!

One of the very best customer/quote/sales experiences I’ve ever had… and I develop hotels for a living! Jesse Thrash was incredibly communicative from the very first appointment setting. He reached out to confirm time and also let me know if he would be late, he’d communicate that on the off chance his earlier appointment went over. Instead he called me and said he could come early. He took all the time necessary to review the situation, listened to my concerns and inspected around the house, inside and out. I mentioned I’d be interested to see the problem first hand which was in the crawl space so he provided all the PPE, gave me a torch and literally crawled through the space explaining his findings. One of those people that is clearly a master of his craft and takes pleasure in helping solve problems. As a bonus he even used his equipment to help locate 2 leaks that could have done immense damage if not resolved. Really I’m beyond impressed and encouraged that such professionals are still out there. He really instilled confidence that DryPro and his team were the right company for the job. Thanks Jesse!!

Had our crawlspace encapsulated, Ken R came out a couple weeks ago and looked everything over, talked to us with detailed solutions. He kept in touch with us to get everything coordinated. When Ethan V and Marco R arrived to work, that is exactly what they did, they worked extremely hard for 4 days to fully clean and encapsulate our crawlspace as well as change out a few floor joists and girder. They were professional and kept me informed with updates for the entire process. Enjoyed having them around and highly recommend them coming out to your project. The crawlspace looks amazing! And the moldy/musty smell is completely gone! We can tell a huge difference in the floor where the joists were changed too. Patrick came out today and installed our crawlspace door, he was quick and professional and it looks great! Also, Shout out to Nick that did the electrical piece, very clean job and quick turnaround. Overall I highly recommend DryPro, I heard about them on a radio commercial from Mike Rowe. Thanks again everyone in the process!

Personally had a great experience with Dry Pro. Reggie was our initial point of contact and clearly explained the process, what it all entails, and worked with us on a financial plan to fit my budget. During the install there was Eric, Jose, Cole, and Ethan who were doing the work and they were great. Not only was the work quick, but it looks great and was clearly explained at the beginning and end of the process. Lastly, they were all respectful of my home and pets through the whole process which was huge for me.
