We had excess moisture issues in our crawlspace. Our experience with Dry Pro was outstanding from start to finish. Brook Hobgood, the Certified Field Inspector, was very thorough in his presentation. Pricing was up-front, financing was easy, and there were no surprises. We knew exactly what they were doing when they showed up on each particular day. Hayden, the technician, gave us a heads-up with the exact arrival time for each installation day. The crews were polite and friendly, answering any questions we had. They were also very efficient with their time and completed everything exactly when they said they would. They made sure we knew our satisfaction was their top priority. We were confident going into the installation and we remain confident that if there are ever any issues that Dry Pro will stand behind their work. We are able to monitor our crawlspace with a device and any questions are quickly addressed. We wholeheartedly recommend this company to everyone without a moment's hesitation!

I had a great experience with my team from DryPro – Mang, Tyler, and Alexander. From the start, they were very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly before beginning the work on my crawlspace. The entire process moved quickly and efficiently and was completed in a little over two days. Throughout the project, the team kept me informed about what they were seeing and doing. One of the technicians in particular was very helpful and took the time to point out things he noticed along the way and explain my service plan in detail, which I really appreciated. Overall, all three members of the team were knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend DryPro.

The technicians from DryPro Charlotte, Jonathan, Marco, and Josiah, did an excellent job with the installation of drain lune, sump pump, dehumidifier, and complete insulation in the crawlspace of my house. They were knowledgeable and explained how the system works. I would recommend both DryPro and these technicians to anyone seeking crawlspace waterproofing. I cannot express the gratitude I have for this company! Home repairs are nerve wrecking alone (financially and hoping the job is done efficiently).After meeting with Bill and his trusting evaluation and Trevor Mcswain,Andrew Phillips, Andrew pellicano, Carlos and sam my mind was at ease. We had some foundation/settling issues that needed to be addressed. The crew listened to everything I had concerns about. They were extremely professional,polite,prompt and exceeded our expectations! Our floor had settled in the kitchen enough that there was a small gap where the counter top was pulling away from the wall. After their precise adjustments it was back in place. We eventually will have a full encapsulation and they will hands down be requested. We couldn't be happier!

Wess Woodin went above and beyond during the initial inspection, not only taking the time to show / explain to me what he was finding but also explaining the best options based on my situation; Phillip and he crew performed phenomenal work while take the time to show/explain any new finds to me and ensuring they took the upmost care of my belongings; and Seth, Andrew, and Tony not only followed suite but made the final product look so nice (not to mention functional) that my crawl space is just fantastic (you'd think you could live down there). Our crawl space was in sore need of a cleanup. We had mold, falling floor insulation, etc. The DryPro team did an excellent job of cleaning and encapsulating the complete crawl space to a point that we won't have to worry about it for a long time. The team of Daniel Soto, Marco Ramirez and Travis H. did an incredible job and the end result surpassed our expectations. As you can see from the before and after photos it was a huge transformation.

My foundation problem in my basement wall was diagnosed and a detailed plan for remediation was presented to me by Jordan. The proposed work involved implementing a carbon fiber wall reinforcement system to provide additional wall support. The work was accomplished by Cam and Marco N on the date proposed which was December 31, 2024. Because of the location of the problem, my water heater had to be disconnected before the work could be undertaken. I engaged a plumber to coordinate the disconnect and reconnect of the water heater with the Dry-Pro workers. The guys arrived on time and worked continuously to install the carbon fiber system. They explained everything about their work to me and could not have been more competent and professional. They were very diligent in cleaning up after the work was completed. I am very glad I engaged Dry-Pro to resolve this significant problem for me. I highly recommend this company. J. Patrick Cline

We were completely impressed with Dry Pro from the initial contact to the finished product. We had a full encapsulation completed and Jeremy, our Dry Pro Field Inspector, explained the process in detail and answered all of our questions. Our Project Coordinator, Michelle, and our Permit Coordinator, Chris, provided excellent customer service and kept us updated throughout the process. Our expectations were high and they did not disappoint! The installation crew, Gerber, Kyriee and Edwin were professional and very knowledgeable of their craft. There were punctual, respectful of our property, and did outstanding installation work. They continually kept us updated and on the last day of the installation they took the time to walk us through the encapsulation and all the equipment. We highly recommend Dry Pro for crawl space and foundation work.

Dry pro foundation repair company redefines customer service. So I had a house built by a very shoddy CONtractor in 2002. The 30-ft front porch had settled three and a half inches over the last 22 years. The dry pro team came in and was very leery and concerned about being able to fix the porch because of the shoddy work. But they were willing to try. So I put $1,300 down payment and the boys went to work. Unfortunately they were only able to raise the porch up one and a half inches. So without me even asking they gave me all of my $1,300 down payment back. And they spent over an hour working on the porch. This company is the most professional and ethical company I have ever dealt with. 10 stars across the board.

Had our crawlspace encapsulated, Ken R came out a couple weeks ago and looked everything over, talked to us with detailed solutions. He kept in touch with us to get everything coordinated. When Ethan V and Marco R arrived to work, that is exactly what they did, they worked extremely hard for 4 days to fully clean and encapsulate our crawlspace as well as change out a few floor joists and girder. They were professional and kept me informed with updates for the entire process. Enjoyed having them around and highly recommend them coming out to your project. The crawlspace looks amazing! And the moldy/musty smell is completely gone! We can tell a huge difference in the floor where the joists were changed too. Patrick came out today and installed our crawlspace door, he was quick and professional and it looks great! Also, Shout out to Nick that did the electrical piece, very clean job and quick turnaround. Overall I highly recommend DryPro, I heard about them on a radio commercial from Mike Rowe. Thanks again everyone in the process!

Personally had a great experience with Dry Pro. Reggie was our initial point of contact and clearly explained the process, what it all entails, and worked with us on a financial plan to fit my budget. During the install there was Eric, Jose, Cole, and Ethan who were doing the work and they were great. Not only was the work quick, but it looks great and was clearly explained at the beginning and end of the process. Lastly, they were all respectful of my home and pets through the whole process which was huge for me.

We had "bouncy" floors in our living room, and called DryPro to see what the issue was in our crawlspace. We had a number of rotten joists and girders underneath the house. Mike helped us come up with a short term and long term plan to remediate the problem, which worked within our budget. Once the work started, Brenndan, our foreman, was awesome! He kept us completely informed and ended up finishing the job early. Outer floors are now solid as a rock! No longer bouncy at all! Our experience with DryPro was exceptional!

I had mold issues due to moisture in my crawlspace and I called DryPro and spoke with Darrell and he came out and inspected the crawlspace and he was very informative on what he found and showed us pictures. So we needed to get it fixed before it got worse and so a lady in their office named Cassidy helped get things set up and Jonathan, Marco and Daniel came out and took care of the mold and encapsulation. They did excellent work plus I worked the night before and they were so respectful and quiet. This company is a 5 star to me. It was done in a day and a half. Very quick and professional.
